We were looking for a room with balcony and not so industrial and boxed in. It was stuffy since there was no A/C and we really needed another fan. However, there was no one to deliver to room when we couldn’t get room cool later at night.

Concerning the hotel-Nice place. Clean, mostly quiet, a good value. Surprise, no air conditioning in room. We were told 'that's our alpine environment'. Apart from some hiccups in check-in due to covid related changes we had a very noce weekend. The room was exceptionally clean and we felt very good about health and safety. The hotel is very well located right in the center of Down-Town. Parking in the garage is recommended as in town overnight parking is very difficult.

Loved the Lodge and the views, wish we could have stayed longer. Only heads up I would mention that might be an issue for some...no ac. John at front desk was wonderful! And a fellow razorback so we felt right at home! WPS!

They went above expectations! I told the guest service agent that checked me in that my husband I were celebrating our 3 year wedding anniversary and they sent us a bottle of wine to help us celebrate. There is also a shuttle to take you to the gondola. I highly recommend this hotel!
