Lots of room. Staff were excellent. Breakfast was good. We were let in before regular checkin time due to health of one of our group who needed rest. This was the second time we have used the Comfort Inn in Moose Jaw and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Even though this was only an overnight stay it was old and run down. The staff were not friendly at all and the facilities were less than impressive. I would recommend elsewhere for a stay in Moose Jaw.

The facilities were very comfortable. However, no elevator to second floor because there was no 3rd floor. Room was well laid out. Didn't park by front of Hotel because of traffic coming and going in front door.

I was told on the phone that because the pool was not working, I would receive a discount. The next day when I checked out, they said too bad for you. No discount.And no pool.
