The room is clean and spacious, it's also a plus that there are many sockets since we are a group that needs to charge diff devices. The staffs are also friendly and approachable. It is also a walking distance from different stores like uncle John's and JJ. Overall, it is a great experience.

I enjoyed the hotel and it's very close to SM Clark. If you are looking for a room on a budget,this one worked well! If you need all sorts of other things to pass the time then look elsewhere. But for the price I paid, this was a good deal. Had some noise from a karaoke bar and also from passing vehicles, but other than that it wasn't bad at all. The shower had good pressure and was hot/cold shower even though it's not mentioned in the brochure. Close to walking street also.

The place is a walking distance to SM Clark and Bayanihan Terminal. This helps us ride easily going to popular parks at Clark. The room is clean and smells sweet. The staff are friendly. Will surely come back again to this hotel.

Good Budget Hotel ”
DEVERA Hotel has always been my choice of Hotel to check in when I am in AC, near to all the Restaurants, Bars, SM Clark Mall, the famous Walking Street (Fields Avenue). The only thing that it lacks is a good restaurant, cafe. They don't serve breakfast, or have room-service. Other than that still its a top notch hotel to stay. The rooms are clean, well equipped, Staff are very courteous, friendly and professional.
