Best choice for budget traveler”
(+)AC good, water dispenser ready at every level of floor. Near to Dataran Dato' Sagor for many options of breakfast. Near to Concubine Lane. Near to Ipoh train station if you take the train from Penang/KL to Ipoh. Warm shower was good enough. Clean towel. (-)No elevator,we have to go upstair at the second floor,thanks God not at third. No staff clean our room forbthe next day. TV channel don't have much choices. No tooth brush.

Very nice budget hotel”
The booked 2 of the family rooms but the rooms were given to the walk in customers, the staff is kind enough to give us 3 twin bed rooms instead. We just came to sleep so there is nothing to complaint. This is a good budget stay.

Very budget hotel with a good location in old town”
If you want to chill and relax while watching TV, you might want to bring along usb flash drive full of movies as their tv channel is not updated with digital channel yet( since Malaysia start to go all digital in tv,analog tv will no longer received). The water heater in my room is also not functional. But overall, i had a good sleep. As i said, it is a budget hotel, please don't expect so much.

The cheapest price hotel around downtown. Staff is friendly and helpful. The room is clean and pretty basic. The main point here is location location location, walking distance to train station and some nice streets art. The negative sides would be there will be no lift and bit noisy from the streets.

Best location to get to the train station...if you are going to KL or Penang or other areas via train..its only about two blocks down on your right of the hotel entrance There is alot of banks nearby but less food options especially at night as they close earlier(morning and afternoon most shops are open) - had to walk across a bridge and further down near to the market for dinner coz most shops was closed There is an area nearby the padang with cafe food + had a pint at Beer Teller the pub with friendly staff ; Sujau & Moniq

Nearby train station and Birch clock Tower”
The location is very near to some sight seeings such as: Birch Clock Tower, Masjid, train station... You can easily walk to nearby night market, nearby Wong koh kee old restaurant. They also have water on each floor. Bring your bottle to take it. the check out is very quick and easy. Be prepared to be waken up by some loud praying from the opposite masjid. This place can help you save money on transportation a lot!

Good location to visit old town”
The hotel is located near the Ipoh station and convenient to visit old town. Parking is in front of the hotel. I heard it is free of charge on public holiday. I'm not sure about weekday.. Facility is at average level of budget hotel and enough for short stay.

Hotel staff is helpful, awesome location to explore Ipoh Old Town area. However do note if you chose "Family" room, it is far from Wi-Fi reception thus you will get no to very little Wi-Fi coverage. The hotel rooms has no lift and can only be accessed via staircase. So it will be inconvenient for the elderly, young children and people with disabilities.
