Above and beyond already very high expectations”
Dhevatara is a wonderful haven and by far the best resort hotel in Praslin for several reasons. First, it is small and cozy so you reeceive a truly personal tratment. Second the rooms and all the facilities are extremely well decorated, functional and comfortable - much better than Lemuria or Raffles for example. Third the beach is steps away (no golf carts needed !!!) and it is large and beautiful. Fourth the staff is very corteous and efficient, training and professionalism well above top resorts standard in Praslin, a mention to the GM REné who called us twice and kindly made us feel most welcome . Fifth, you feel like you are part of a Family and you just feel really well and relaxed. So for these reasons and many more I cannot recommend Dhevatara for any couple who want to spend an unforgettable time in Praslin. My thanks and congratulatiuons to each and every member of the team !

Wasn’t the best experience ”
I only put a one star for the staff review, because of the guests relation guy was rude. I complained to him about the accommodation transfer but he never handled the situation. Instead he blamed the taxi company when he was the one responsible for it. But the rest of the staff were nice and polite.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Lovely room, comfortable bed, great pool and a nice quiet beach. The included breakfast was also very nice.

They will cancel your reservation a few days before arrival and here is a solution”
We stayed 2 nights and really enjoyed our visit. The only snafu was getting an email 4 days before arrival telling us our reservation had been canceled and we were being moved to Raffles. When I contacted Raffles, they did not know about any arrangements so I circled back around with Dhevtara and miraculously they responded: "BookUs Praslin (RPS) would like to recall the message,". Always cc both the Agora, the hotel and new hotel in all communications. As a result of the stress, time and energy, the Dhevatara upgraded us to a nicer suite called the Orchid room (they only have 10 total rooms.) They apologized upon arrival and said it was a mistake from Saudi Arabia corporate HQ. I read about another cancellation and it makes me suspicious. Since they have been aware of the cancellation emails , why are they allowing it to still happen? The free breakfast was wonderful and they allow you to order from the menu and select anything you desire.

Don’t understand how this hotel can be consider as a 5 stars; except for Francis, staff is not helpful, location and beach on the resort are terrible. Significantly too pricy for what you get; room and building are not well maintained and food doesn’t meet a 5 stars! Go away!!!

Charming hotel and very friendly service”
we can highly recommend the dhevatara beach hotel should you plan to spend your vacation on praslin. the hotel is only 5 minutes away from praslin airport and has direct beach access. the staff is very friendly and helpful. should you have any questions about the island, they will provide you with all the insider information (i.e. best beaches, best restaurants, other islands highlights, etc.) to get the utmost of your stay in praslin. the rooms are very original (typical miami art deco style) and very clean.

首先酒店确实是mini型的，但是麻雀虽小 五脏俱全，这也是它的一大特点，工作人员非常的热情贴心，飞了十几个小时后入住真的觉得很赞，早餐晚餐也非常的不错，现在都还觉得意犹未尽，非常难忘的体验。

亲身入住，感受投诉”
这是我入住的最糟糕的5星级酒店，我入住时就向酒店经理进行了投诉，回来后又向其在迪拜的总部写了投诉邮件。我10.1号入住，酒店给了欢迎果盘，果盘一直放在房间直到5号我退房离开，整个房间都是水果发霉的酸臭味道。酒店负责服务的只有1-2个服务员，其中一个女服务员态度极其恶劣，从来没有一丝笑容，沟通问题没有结束就把东西摔子吧台转身离去。 酒店在加工海钓的鱼收费上出尔反尔。前一天晚上，一个前台说费用由顾客决定给多少，第二天把鱼拿回来当时给了厨师长和前台，也没说费用变了。7:30晚餐时间我们走出房间，态度恶劣的女服务员看到我们说费用变了，400卢比（200人民币）一个人。还说之前的同事说错了，别人都能接受临时加价，如果你不接受就把鱼拿走。说酒店没必要为之前提供错误信息道歉。当时在塞舌尔已经找不到临时可以做饭的餐厅了，我提出想和经理沟通，服务员说经理晚上9:30回来。我们等了2个小时，后来我说不等了，服务员说经理在来的路上，要求我继续等，我又等到10:30，还是没出现。后来看我急了，他们免费提供了晚餐。第二天经理来了，没有主动来找我了解情况，我去找他说我昨天等了他4个小时，他说他知道，但是已经给我提供免费晚餐了，不明白我还找他干什么。说员工也不确定他几点来，员工没错，服务也很好，是中国顾客要求高，并且他不认为需要向我道歉。我说你看看我照的照片和视频，看看是不是你们没问题，我会把这些发给你们在迪拜的总部，放在互联网上，你们自己看看需不需要道歉。一看完立马态度就变了，又是道歉又是问我需不需要酒店提供帮助，提供午餐什么的。我都拒绝了。一个所谓的五星级酒店，经理居然整晚消失，客人等了4个小时，第二天也不主动联系客人，不表示歉意。真的不值房费！绝对不会再次选择！我回来就向他们总部发邮件投诉了。希望大家选择时慎重一些。
