There were a few guests in the resort. The staff were helpful and attended us whenever we need them to. Very good value for money. The swimming pool is nice, my daughter loved swimming in thw pools. The beach is quite far to walk but the resort buggy took us to the beach whenever wr called them. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was not buffet but served plenty of food that included viriety of dishes. The restaurant should add some more items in the menu and as it is quite far from the city, it would be great if the resort could arrange shuttle serive to the city.

I’m the only guess staying there. It looks like an abandobed place. No restaurant, only 01 receptionest, no light at night. Feeling scared when going out at evening. I will not return anymore and do not recommend traveller to stay there.

1) I booked the shuttle bus to city via phone, when I get on the bus, they said there have no booking record for me. 2) the 2nd day, i reserve the take away breakfast for four in the morning at 5:30am, they only prepared 2 sets! The staff asked me to take the other 2 set breakfast at diamond bay golf club, finally there have no order in golf club, this is ridiculous arrangement and I do not receive any apologies from the hotel This is the bad hotel I stay in my life!

Stayed 5 nights after being so disappointed at a different resort that I left early. Service at Diamond Bay was exceptional. Although the resort is being renovated and has construction in progress it was never a disturbance. Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was very good. Location is a bit outside of Nha Trang so plan around shuttle times or take a taxi for around 200000vnd. 2 beaches were fine, pool was clean and relaxing. Great landscaping around the resort and everything has a fresh, clean look. Will be even better when work is finished.

Bathroom design was bad, when i was showering, when the water would fall to the outside of the bath it would just spill straight on to the floor leaving the whole floor soaked in water. Building design in general isn't very pretty. Also 20 minutes from nha trang city centre so it got expensive if you didn't catch the hotel bus (which only runs every hour or two). Pool and restaurant and lobby area were beautiful though and the gym had just enough. Service was really good too.

I spent my summer holiday at this beautiful resort. The room is big and clean and sound proof is good. The reception and concierge staffs are friendly and helpful. Swimming pool is clean and nice. The buffet dinner was a little bit expensive, foods were so so, the cashier lady was rude to us while we were making our payment... However, there are quite a lot PRC visitors who don't speak english, so the communication between staffs and them would be difficult. Suggest the resort can provide some training on handling those customer.

First night was great, the whole resort was quiet and we enjoyed a lot. But the second day, no hot water in our room. I called the front desk twice but nobody come to solve this.

There were no Kitchen appliances and utensils let alone a microwave. Just a "knife" which was puzzling :) They could do better on this. The pool was amazing and in general a promising resort with options of swimming at the beach. Very friendly hotel staff.

Perfect for a family with young children ”
Location was great with free shuttles into town and to the local beach ( inside the hotel) all staff were friendly . The breakfast buffet was one of the best we have come across great variety of food and lots of it . The pool was massive and staff were great pool side always attentive and pool was perfectly clean the restaurant next to the pool (banana leaf ) was great not a single meal was either wrong or not nice and the manager of the restaurant was great will go back for sure

Don't waste your money! ”
Our whole experience was incredibly disappointing. We arrived and were taken to the reception, which was nothing but a shabby room that looked more like a hostel entrance - not the welcome you would expect given the price. The room was basic, but clean. There was no shower curtain or panel so the bathroom floor would always end up soaked regardless of how careful we were. Honestly, while these details were disappointing, they wouldn't necessarily put me off returning to a place; however, when there is constant construction taking place right next to the pool and, on two occasions, you catch the crew filming you and your partner while you are in the pool or reading on your sun lounger, it becomes a different matter. There were no staff to complain to, not even a lifeguard! The four restaurants only served Western food and one or two Vietnamese options, although they ran out of those most of the time. We were told that there was an airport shuttle bus, but on the day we were leaving the staff told us that the shuttle left from the main resort, which would mean we would have to travel into the centre of Nha Trang - the city centre is further away from the airport - in order to get us there. Utterly disappointing and I would have left earlier if we could have found a flight. A shame Agoda even put this on their website given it is still under construction.

Facilities in this hotel not up to the 4* hotel as graded ”
Located along the coast but nothing great about it. Small beach and the water quality not up to mark. Far from town (20-30min) via taxi. The guest will have problem to eat as they have limited choices. Less than 7 items on the main course 😞 Breakfast spread was ok but again not a 4* standard. Swimming pools was ok and nice. Room was fine but the air conditioning wasn't good at all. We did complaint about it but after the technician troubleshooting the problem still not much different. Im very disappointed with the walkway on my floor (4th floor) very dusty as construction still going on and I strongly believe the management should not rent out the room if the Construction still in place. Room was spaces and good dining area but they is no Aircond or fan provided in that area. This hotel bathroom are not elderly , handicap or child friendly as there is no shower room only bath tub without shower curtain. The floor will be wet and slippery and i nearly slipped out. Dangerous!

Horrible experiences ever! ”
Big room and tidy, good facilities. But so far from the city, Nha Trang. You have to take the private car or with your group tour to get this hotel.....There was no hotel car available for guess when you needed to go out. Breakfast - Limited foods were served here. So many group tour at this hotel, so if you traveled alone, please just avoid staying here. It's not comfortable at all. Staffs here should improve their communication skills :( Staff here so bad attitude, particularly, reception process. Considering too high cost, poor services. and rude staff members here! Don't waste your money and time !

Definitely caters for Chinese and Russian”
Probably our own fault for choosing this spot, but definitely not at all helpful towards Aussies. Seems to cater to Chinese and Russian clients. Massive rooms and pool and beach were amazing. Food was strange? If you don’t want the Bbq buffet they basically don’t want to serve you. The food was ok outside of buffet times but nothing spectacular. Great cocktails and some of the service staff were amazing.

Beautyful swimming pool. Nice breadfast. Cleaning room. Poor in view, reception... Parking ourdoor with many taxies. Nothing in kitchen. Private beach is so far and inconvinient to move although they have mini bus.
