[Key Summary] This is a room I do not want to share with others, but want to keep to myself. Considering the corner panoramic ocean view provided by the two sides of the living room's floor-to-ceiling windows, the overwhelming sense of space with 90㎡, and the clean wood floor condition, the current room rate offers great satisfaction for the price. Above all, this place is not just a place to sleep; it creates an experience where the stay itself becomes a journey. This experience is completed by the professionalism of the hotel staff and the true hospitality infused with humanism. [Reasons for Revisiting] After my first visit in February 2025, I returned exactly one year later in February 2026. The reason for choosing this place again among numerous new hotels was clear. 1. The heartfelt kindness and professional service of the front desk team 2. Overwhelming room view + clean condition (upgraded from carpet to wood floor) 3. Perfect location connected to a shopping mall/Lotte Mart ※ This review is for the ‘Elite Suite’ room. (You can view the photos I uploaded on the PC version of the webpage.) 1. View: The room itself is ‘an observation deck of Nha Trang Beach’ - This room is a ‘corner room’ with two sides of the living room made of floor-to-ceiling glass. An endless ocean view stretches out in front, while the shoreline of Tran Phu beach and the top Cham Towers square unfold in panorama to the side. It is literally “my private observation deck,” allowing you to enjoy the sunrise through to the night view while lying on the bed or relax chair. This kind of unobstructed view is rare even throughout all of Nha Trang. 2. Room Condition: Gym-like 90㎡ & Wood Floor - It is three times the size of a standard room (30㎡). The separation of the living room and bedroom provides exceptional comfort. - [Important] Last year it had carpet, but this time it has been replaced with high-end herringbone wood flooring. It was much more hygienic and fresh without worries of odors or dust. (Highly recommended for Korean travelers who are unfamiliar with carpet culture) - [Soundproofing] There’s a door between the hallway and the room, with another door between the room and bedroom, effectively blocking most noise. 3. Service: Humanity beyond 5-star - It’s not a mechanical manual response. This hotel genuinely concerns itself with ensuring customers' travels are perfect, embodying ‘humanism.’ - While it’s natural for my name as the person who booked to appear on the TV, they quietly changed the welcome message on the third day of our stay to the actual protagonist's name of this trip. This delicate attention to detail and understanding of our travel situation, without me even requesting it, represented a true hospitality that I rarely experienced even in famous 5-star hotels. 4. California Fitness: Large and quite famous (free for guests) - Equipped with Technogym machines, it’s a facility that provides high satisfaction for those who have a workout routine. I believe it’s a definite strength for those staying at this hotel specifically for fitness. 5. Tip: Suite Selection Guide There is a significant difference in satisfaction between standard rooms and suites. Suite (50㎡): Separate living room; much larger and more comfortable than standard rooms. Prime Suite (70㎡): Focus on bathroom. You can enjoy a half-bath while overlooking the northern (Hon Chong) sea from the bathtub. Elite Suite (90㎡): Focus on living room/view. Enjoying both the straight ocean view and the southern panorama from the living room. [Personal Recommendation] If you include at least one day in an Elite Suite during your travel schedule, you will understand why I said, “I don’t want to share it with others; I want to keep it to myself.” 6. A Slight Disappointment - This is somewhat beyond control, but the fitness center on the 4th floor is quite famous, leading to many locals visiting it, causing elevator congestion during certain times. However, there are three elevators in operation, so it wasn’t a major inconvenience for me personally. [In Conclusion] I wrote in my review a year ago that I would come back, and indeed I did, reaching the same conclusion this time. If I come to Nha Trang again, I will choose this place without hesitation due to the view from the Elite Suite and the humanism and attentive hospitality of the front desk team. For me, Diamond Bay has become a place I can call my home in Nha Trang, beyond just a hotel. I sincerely thank the hotel staff who helped understand and complete the essence of our journey.
