This hotel is when people who are personally tired of their busy lives need to recharge and relax again. I think it is a really good hotel. A picturesque swimming pool, beautiful gardens that unfold when you open the door, and a beach dedicated to fine sand are all great. When it rains, the baby baboon, which comes in cold, was scared at first, but later became my friend because it was cute. Jeon Yong Beach also felt good when walking barefoot due to the high sand, especially when playing with flower dogs in numerous holes with small transparent florists. It is really a nature-friendly hotel. One sad thing is that November is the winter in Vietnam, so the water is too cold to use the outdoor swimming pool, so I can't swim in the pretty pool a few times. The staff was very kind, too. I was a long-term guest so I stayed in a big bungalow for room upgrade. The garden view there is really beautiful. Great place, people are sweethearts, spa salon is amazing, wifi works well on the whole territory, the only little problem is that food at the resort is taxed way too much so eating there everyday is maybe not the best idea, otherwise highly recommend, quiet, relaxing and nice place~

Could not understand the negative reviews That I had read before I booked to stay at this hotel. It is a lovely hotel immaculately clean and all staff very friendly. I cannot mention all here but the waitress Zenda always greeted us with a happy smile and nothing was too much trouble. If their is a bonus scheme for staff I would reccomend she gets one my wife and I were so impressed with her manner and diligence. The hotel has the biggest swimming pool I have ever seen. Only downside is there is only a small selection of Western food for my wife to choose from for evening meals as she cannot eat Asian food and what Western food there is needs to be served hot. We had to send a spaghetti bolognaise back one night as it was too cold to eat. These are just minir issues that can be easily remedied.Also it would be nice to have an adult only area of the swimming pool with none of the huge blow up toys allowed that the children bring into the pool that get in the way of swimming adults.

Lovely Resort in Vietnam to Remember”
It is a resort with a system that allows you to relax and relax in the natural scenery. The disadvantage is that there are two shuttle buses to the city, but it was okay. It is a resort with a really nice view, such as a swimming pool, restaurant and cafe. I'll come back next time.

This is nice place but deserted post covid. Its far from the city you have to rent a motorbike or a car mandatory otherwise you are stuck here. Not really a beach that you can swim water depth is under a meter when the sea is high! we enjoyed our stay because we went to the city every night for dinner. We had the whole resort four ourselves that time summer 2022

Communication was difficult, staff kept agreeing with you, then go and do something completely different. We checked out as it was a very isolated resort, only one bus in to town and and one back per day, we were led to believe there were multiple during the day. It looked like a ghost resort, felt really uncomfortable

Waste of money and time”
I have travelled to many cities in Vietnam, but never have I experienced such rude and inattentive staff. Especially staff who are at manager level seemed very reluctant to work at all. Every time we asked for something(checkin, checkout, the menu, the bill), they would either not answer or answer carelessly with a frown and no eye contact. It took an excessive amount of time to receive any sort of feedback from anyone on any request. The staffs’ consistent ignorant attitude made me feel unwelcomed throughout my entire vacation and I really thought my money and time went to a complete waste. The worst experience of my life.

Bit of a commute into town, shuttle is usless. (2 x a day but in afternoons) Hotel is well maintained. But given half full and being in garden room, it is a hike to front desk/pool/restaurants. So not ideal for elderly or someone with disabilities, to get around resort. Buffet was pretty good selection. Prices a bit steep and limited selection for food not at buffet....

Staffs awful, unhelpful and blatant lairs. Food very very expensive and not up to the mark. They have four restaurants, one closed and rest have the same menu (with very very minor changes). Location worst. You might think this is a beach resort, but it is not. What they show as beach is not a beach. They charge you for everything, even for some things you take for granted, and they charge you 10x what other might have.

Huge pool and huge bathrooms”
My partner and I stayed at the Diamond Bay Resort for a night and I liked the convenient location between Airport and Nha Trang. The Resort has two beaches. One of the two is considered among the best of the Coast. You will not find better in Nha Trang where modern buldings dominate the landscape. On the contrary Diamond Bay is surrounded by mountains and nature is fabulous. I agree that the sea is not Carribbean. However the view from the the beach is really amazing. The Resort has a very long swimming-pool, spa, restaurants, free shuttle service to Nha Trang, karaoke, disco and 3D theatre. Housekeeping was very good and staff helped me a lot of and in short time. In general all employees were kind and helpful notwithstanding some problems of communication. Rooms are big and look pretty new. The Resort is not perfect. Several things may be improved but taking in consideration its price, I feel that the experience was very positive. Staff were great- very friendly.
