Disappointing stay”
Disappointed because the pool was not available during our stay because of a private event. To think that was one of the reason why we chose to stay in this hotel for the kids in the first place. More disappointing was the rude and not-so-friendly lifeguard in the swimming pool the next day when we have only 1 hour to spend in the pool before we check out. The valet staff and bellboy were also quite slow in helping us with our luggage and car when we checked in. The mini ref was also not functioning, good thing they replaced it immediately when we complained. Thanks for the assistance of female staff in health club (Marielle? or Michelle?) who offered ice cream for the kids to appease disappointment over the pool. I am beginning to regret being member of the Diamond Indulgence if this is the way they treat their guests

At the front disk they refused to accept the booking of A goda, even though I am already paid. Because they claim that A goda does not deal directly with the hotel, but by a local company. So, they photocopy my visa card and they deduct the amount twice. And their photocopy of the visa card bothered me because they got the secret code from the back. They cut extra amount after one month for the third time. So A goda should tell us if it does not deal with this hotel, or that this hotel has a different policy in Manila!!

I hope that the bell desk staff and other staff should be alert at all times. They must approach the guests especially if the guests have lots of stuffs and clothes on hangers.

The breakfast was average, not too many to choose from but still acceptable for me. My wife loved the bathtub and my kid liked the pool since the water is warm.

Staff (i think their assigned Japanese customer relations) had told me that they are already fully booked in their regular rooms when I tried booking directly to the hotel and was eventually offered with a room which has mind blowing price whoa! She must be kidding me! So , i turned to AGODA, and lo and behold, I got a regular room and i was just surprised to get a free upgrade!
