              Great location, economic hotel choice for traveller. The draw-back is this hotel does not provide 3 in 1 coffee and tea for travelers in bedroom. Also, the checkout time of this hotel is 11am but normally is 12pm.

              Bad experience ”

              My booking was overnight and its said to the memo is 14:00 i can get my room. Bust sadly the staff said its sunday so i only can in by 15:00pm but yesterday is over crowded and there are so many customers wanted to check in short time.So i ended up waiting untill 4 pm i get upset and ask the staff that i already book a week ago and i still need to wait because they are accepting the short time check in. One more thing the staff told me next time dont book already and directly walk in to check in...Before I check out i was confronted by the front desk staff saying why I contacted the Zenroom which i dont know that why I complain..its really horrible experience and very bad service this time.. i always booked with them because my past booking was great but yesterday is really bad..they better not include their hotel on sunday overnight booking if they dont like and they are just wanted those short time walk in customer.

              Staff (women) not friendly. We ask for early check in at 12.30pm.. she asking for $35 ... As our check in time is 2pm. We don't agree so we wan wait at counter (got chair with a/c) but staff ask us to wait outside( hot weather) and her reason.... Not convenient???
