Great Hotel!”
I got a very good price from an Agoda offer and spent 3 nights in this hotel. My experience was fantastic! It is not in the city center which is great because it is out of the noisy places. The Hotel seemed quite new and my room was big with a comfortable bed, private bathroom and all was very clean. There is a pool which is not very deep but enough to have a refresment after a hiking day. I left my clothes for the laundry and they smelled really good when I got them back and the breakfast was included with different sorts of fruits, drinks and more things like rice, eggs, pancake and so on. But the best of all are the staff, they are amazing! always ready to help and doing their best. I want to thank specially to Noe from the restaurant team. He always received me with a smile in the mornings and was very kind!

Excellent stay”
This place was absolutely fantastic! I would recommend it to anyone, I don’t have anything bad to say about the place. The rooms were sparkling clean with aircon, mini fridge, kettle, clean towels, free water, hairdryer. The pool was lovely. Breakfast had lots of choices. They have a free shuttle into town and back every hour (it’s a 12-15 min walk) they will help you to arrange tours or buses. The staff are so friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again. The only thing to improve would be a rail in the wardrobe to hang clothes up.

Great new place with pool and stunning views”
Great value for money when we stayed £20 a night...huge and most comfortable bed we have had in Asia (7 weeks in) also amazing shower and brand new rooms Swimming pool was a nice size, clean and had amazing views of the mountains behind it. Free breakfast buffet and rides into town every hour on the hour. Would recommend had a really nice stay!

Extrimely nice place to stay away from the hassle from the city”
This hotel is awesome. I have nothing to complain. It is about 10-15min from the city (many nice restaurants also on the way) which was nice since it is very loud in the center. Poolside super nice, loved that the rooms have own balcony where you can eat or have a drink while watching the amazing view!!! The staff is the best, they help you with everything and you can book all the activities from the hotel. They speak good english and will try everything that your stay is as good as it can. I would recommend this to anyone, BUT not for the party people. I mean we partied few nights and then walked from the citycenter but you can not party at the hotel (please dont). The best stay in Laos this far!! Breakfeast is also good (coffee sometimes cold if there is many people). Room was big and clean. Good AC. We will definitely come back!

Lovely resort, sweet staff, very clean”
The resort is really nice. It’s still being built, but it doesn’t interfere with anything. The view is simply breathtaking. The amazing scenery of Vang Vieng mountains. Breakfast is a small buffet with several options. I don’t think there are enough options for children tho. The staff are really sweet. The front desk guys are English speaking and were very helpful with any request and question I had. The room was great. Had everything needed. AC working great. Bed is comfortable. Very clean! Would definitely recommend.

Awesome Value for Money in Vang Vieng”
Diamond Resort is still being built, so they offered amazing discounts to guests in February, 2020. The pool is clean (and huge!), the buffet breakfast has a ton of choices, and the 3rd floor (top) rooms are spacious and really comfortable. I only stayed at Diamond Resort for 2 nights, but wish that I had stayed there for many more nights. The front desk manager and some staff speak English well and go out of their way to make sure their guests are enjoying their stay. I'll be back to the Diamond Resort, that's for sure!

THE BEST HOTEL EVER!”
The location is quite far from the main town (15min walk) but it is a hidden gem! The rooms are spacious and clean. The swimming pool is located just in front of our room. The view in the morning was magnificent! Good breakfast. The staffs are really helpful, friendly and kind! Since it was our first time in VV, he (Ton) came up with so many suggestions of what to do in VV. Thank you so much! It was a great stay! Surely will come here again!

Super Friendly Staff and Comfortable Stay in Vang Vieng”
Diamond Resort has only been open for four months and it is not finished yet, but it is a FANTASTIC place to stay in Vang Vieng. You can walk into the main part of town in about 15 minutes or so and there's also a free shuttle that the resort offers to guests (both ways). The staff is really nice to its guests. My friend and I were invited to a party in the lobby one night when one of the Lao staff workers celebrated a birthday. Overall, Diamond Resort goes above and beyond to make nice relations with guests. This is what stands out most compared to other hotels. Staying at Diamond Resort was one of the best decisions of my recent trip to Laos...and, as a bonus, if you want to take a hot air balloon ride, the departure location is right across the street from the resort. Overall, Diamond Resort is highly recommended. Check it out!

Location was fine for me, and they have a truck that goes the 1 km to town every hour. Good enough pool, good breakfast, good WiFi. And, at least when I went, for a cheapee price than some smaller places in the town, so great value.

This new hotel is comfortable. The friendly and helpful staffs speak good English. Breakfast has a good variety with fresh fruits and juices. Spacious bedroom has everything one needs. Good wifi. Nice swimming pool. Bicycles for rental. Orgnizes my day trips at good rate. Would definitely recommend to anyone discovering Vang Vieng.

Super nice staff always smiling but not everyone speaks english, clean rooms, as its still new there are some "beginner" problems, restaurant is quite good (but dont serve the food at the same time), WIFI is very good, scooter rental 90k, laundry 15k/kg, organise tours and bus ti kets, in total - a really good place to relax in Vang Vieng, 10 minute walk to the center and markets

Nice and relaxed”
This hotel is clearly waiting for the tourists to come back and is not very busy. Despite this, the factilities are in great condition and the pool is very nice. The staff on reception are friendly. Track was very kind and asvised us where to go and ordered a tuk tuk for us to get into town.

this resort is amazingly value for money. to be honest i didn't expect the price to be so low given the quality of facilities and especially how friendly and helpful the staff are. Look for mr. Manh, hes the best type that you wanna meet during your trip. he drafted a beautiful 2 day plan for us, including which places to visit, during which time, which tracks are most scenery and all. he did that for all the tour groups that were there (that i can see). and if you cant stand lao's spicy authentic cuisine, you look for him for alternative. overall, i can give this guy 10 stars if i can. will visit again in near future for sure

Great value for money hotel , pool is clean great to cool off . a little out of town but is no problem hire a bike or Mr Chang will happily drop you into town at no charge . staff are super friendly and helpful . Mr chang speaks English , laos , and Vietnamese so communication is easy , will stay here again for sure
