Great rooms on the beach”

we have stopped at this hotel a lot of times and its a great place. the staff are great and the attached resturant is fantastic. we very rarely eat anywhere else as the food is just so good. everything you need is here with a lovely balcony to have a beer. good tv channels and a fridge included in the room. staff are very very friendly. would stop here everytime in ko lanta.

Amazing beach”

We stayed here for 4 night, the staff was lovely and very helpful, plus we got a free island trip because of a mistake on our booking, our room have been double booked, so we had to spend the first night in another hotel booked for us by diamand sand. it was a very nice stay, good value for the money, and the restaurant is good too will defenitivly come back

Nice bungalows,great food,close to Beach ”

We had a great time!Had booked for three nights but decided to stay for nine days!The food lunch/dinner was very tasty and GOOD and nice prices!Nice bungalows,quite area,20-60 meters to the Beach!

budget digs in a great location”

Great little spot for what it is. There's no beach view (the restaurant is between the rooms and the beach) but the beach is super close and the restaurant is great. Tasty, high-octane coffee. Room is basic and could use an upgrade but no complaints. It's a great budget accommodation and the breakfast is fantastic. You can book transfers and activities through Mr. Mat, who's instantly likeable and helped us a lot

Fourth time here and still love everything about it!! Owners are awesome and really friendly. Bungalows are basic but you get what you pay for and they are clean and everything you need when at the beach! Don't come expecting 5 star facilities but do come expecting cheap and cheerful bungalows and an awesome restaurant on the beach. The lady owner is also a very qualified masseuse who can fix anything!!

Bathrooms will surprise you, but not in a good way”

We had planned for a trip to Koh Lanta, but realized on our way, that hotels on Koh Lanta were more or less fully booked, and not by us. We searched and found this place, that shares no pictures of the toilet/bathrooms. There's a reason for that. They are not horrible, just not what I expect when paying for a bungalow (that's peak season). The water pressure on hot water is non existing, water dripping from below sink which leads to a big area of chalk (?) on the bathroom floor, no shower curtain, toilet cleaner right on the floor with no holder. I hope you get the picture. Maybe I should consider uploading one.

value for the money”

Only stayed there for one night so my review is only based on this. Had to leave early so we didn´t get to try the breakfast (included) but despite the stay was great value for the money.

Nice to be on the beach and not far to shops etc”

Nice location with nice size free standing rooms. Beach needs cleaning-the local resort owners need to think beyond their front door. Management needs to do some maintenance - nothing serious but the place needs work.

Hotel on the beautiful beach”

Nice beach close to bungalows. Rooms needs refresh repair. Location is perfect very close to beautiful beach. Staff was not friendly.

This is our second time back here. It certainly will not be the last! We found the staff to be friendly and helpful and were great with our son. Amazing location and great value for money. 100% will be back

Friendly staff, good location near the beach and good value for the money! breakfast was okay but if you stay for many nights ( I stayed 10 nights) it gets a bit boring since there is no breakfastbuffay. You choose from four options in the menu.

Avoid unless you are desperate”

I cannot describe the feeling of helpless desperation when we checked into this hotel. The taxi driver didn't know it because it is new. Not new new, which is what I thought from the website, but a hotel recently taken on by new owners. Thinking it was a new hotel was why I was prepared to pay more money than other comparable hotels. Everything was old. Our airconditioner packed up on the second night. The toilet seat wasn't attached which made using the toilet a dangerous experience. On the plus side the breakfast was good. This is a backpackers hotel but not at backpacker prices.

Very dirty bed linen - I am not sure that it has had laudry befor us. Cocroaches in the room and restorain area.

Run down dirty and noisy”

The bungalow was old run down and in dire need of an renovation. Old wires sticking out the walls and needed a new paint job. The first morning I was woken up at 7 am by the staff playing very lound music in the kitchen. The next morning by the staff havingan argument right out side my bungalow door. Stay away.....!
