This truly was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. I can find fault with all my accommodation but this truly ticked ALL the boxes. The position and views were stunning looking out at the Atlantic Hotel, The Palm and over the sea. The beach and beautiful 4 poster beds on the beach had towels rolled up and waiting for the guests to use, the accommodation they have is to suit every taste, the entrance to hotel with hundreds of fresh flowers changed everyday with different colours, the tuk-tuk to take you around the site if the 4 min walk from area to area is too hot for you, the staff were so lovely (everyone we met was amazing and truly went out of there way), the arrival with a beautiful juice and wet towel to refresh, the chairs to sit on at reception whilst you check-in in comfort, the lotus lounge over looking the pool and sea for coffee, cake and high tea was stunning, the breakfast was truly the best catered for with variety so if you stay there a week you still would not be bored, the beach house restaurant over looking the sea had fab food and outlook and this hotel had the best kids club I have ever found at any hotel where they take the child and with around 5 + staff they really get creative with the kids, have playstation, face painting, drawing, dvd's and really good attention to the kids. My child did not want to leave after many hours in there. This gave my husband and I several hours to do what we wanted knowing our child was really enjoying the kids club. Truly we will be back. Also the courtesy bus to the Dubai Mall is great as well. We stayed in a Lagoon Room on 1st floor and we felt totally private in our own lovely resort. This hotel in Dubai is situated near the crescent of The Palm, conveniently located near a variety of attractions and conveniences. The Village Center is located only five minutes from the Atlantis, The Palm, while the center of Dubai is only 20 minutes away. The Atlantis, The Palm is situated only 30 minutes from the Dubai International Airport Rooms at the hotel feature mini-bars, satellite television, Internet service and bathrobes. Suites at the Atlantis, The Palm feature dressing areas, walk-in wardrobes and jetted tubs. The Atlantis, The Palm offers a wealth of amenities and conveniences, including no less than 17 restaurants, lounges and bars. Lovely hotel with excellent rooms and great service. Highly recommend for families or couples. The breakfast is great with gluten free bread and bakes available. The smell of the hotel was amazing whether in the lobby, lifts or corridors to rooms. The Gym was 'A' class in terms of equipment. The only trouble we faced was on the road on the Palm getting to the hotel where road works and detours were a distraction and annoying some times.

The best hotel in Palm Jumeira, the breakfast is wow , cuz of verities of dishes, I was always getting confused on what to eat , they have many activities for adults as well as for kids, lovely kids club, huge swimming pool, private beach, I enjoyed the food & snacks at the chocolate bar in the lobby, they provide free shuttles to Dubai mall and mall of emirates, I will stay in this hotel again and again cuz me and my family enjoyed our stay in this hotel

As always the staff were exceptional. I was upgraded to a sea view room, but when I got there it was a smoking room, which I refused. Within 10 minutes I was allocated another sea view even though the hotel was practically full, and in addition I was offered lunch and a drink on the house for the inconvenience. The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean, fantastic breakfasts and good choice of dining. The location is perfect as it is away from the bustle of the Marina and Jumeirah, but still easily accessible to the Malls and restaurants.

(-) * Check-in took time. * and preparation of our room took even longer. * They have a very slow service. * sometimes we never got what we asked for. * you only get your service if you tip. * Location of hotel is far from Dubai centre and deep into the Palm. (+) * An excellent relaxation getaway. * Location wouldn't be a problem if a person is here for relaxation only and not planning to leave the hotel. * there are restaurants, ice cream shop, spa, swimming pools, kids club, and kids waterslides. * We booked a room with breakfast, but we were in Ramadan, so they told us that we can change it to Suhoor in-room.

This resort displays all the exemplary characteristics related to Jumeirah Group...5 star hospitality, world class service. A special thanks to all the staff and management of Zabeel Saray for the well.maintained landscape, pools, beach and the hotel itself. Also the Indian restaurant Amala...for the wonderful ambience and the tasty food. Last but not the least..Zabeel breakfast..the best breakfast with its variety and quality of food.

I was staying at the Atlantis and wanted somewhere to put my extended family close by to join me. I booked or for my so sore her 2 young children and nanny and my father. It was very clean. Very well situated. It had an amazing super market on the doorstep.(not an expensive food shop on the palm surprisingly )the apartment was not noisey as I had read and was worried about. It had everything my family needed. Was perfect we would book and use them again ! Very happy customer. Lots bathrooms nice bedrooms kitchen etc etc fab !

This was our second visit to this hotel and we returned as we knew the location was perfect to unwind. We had a sea view two bedroom apartment and a lot of reviews say to go for rooms overlooking the pool. You do get the Dubai skyline view but we preferred the late sun on our balcony with great sunsets. We were glad to recognise staff from our previous visit and the service they provide is second to none. In particular Maurice and Vispal (sorry if mis-spelt) who are forever smiling by the pool and work in such high temperatures but maintain their lovely characters all day. Also the knowledgeable and friendly pool bar staff - a lovely Russian guy and his Phillipine colleague. They were very interesting to talk to and work quickly and efficiently. Our rooms were serviced beautifully every day. The hotel is in a great location especially as we were with our grown up children as you get a beach holiday but in the evenings can go into central Dubai for shopping and a myriad of restaurants. We did eat at our hotel as well and found the food improved this time (as this was our only negative point about the hotel during our last visit). There is a lot of building work near the hotel which is expanding and also other hotels being built on the Palm but it didn't spoil the atmosphere there and we managed to ignore it. The beach area is also very safe, lots of shade provided for young children and great facilities. Thank you Kempinski, we can't wait to return.

At Rixos The Palm Dubai. my wife and i spent 1 night only from 05 to 06 march 2014 and it was not enough at all but due to our flight arrangement we could not extend our stay. The hotel was great it's one of Rixos hotels chain(the turkish hotels chain) we love our stay at Rixos because of clean ,quite ,food,romance,friendly staffs and the great Welcome and Goodbye treat. at the hotel you feel that all staffs trying to do as much as they can to make your stay great and comfortable. Our lovely decorated deluxe room was spacious with balcony facing the sea and you may take a bath at the sweet bath tub while looking to the sea by opening the slide three doors facing the bed and balcony. they provide mineral drinking water as much as you need free of charge. The 4 restaurants (italian , sushi , open buffet and seafood restaurant ) at the hotel sure will be enough for every different taste of the guests. Seating areas at the beach and around the swimming pool are colorful and unique you may rest at a bed ohhh yes at the real bed or at half boat or on the couch or regular beach chair. At beach you may enjoy your drinks or light snack and shisha . the area around the beach and the shores are very clean and will call you for a lovely dip at the sea water . Over all we love our stay at Rixos The Palm Dubai and we will go back again .

These apartments are located at fairmont residences at palm Jumeirah. We where promised Pool, beach and training facilities. The pool area was superb but we had to pay extra to use the beach and the training facilities which was very expensive 50DHS per person per day. When we arrived the forks knives and plates was filthy dirty and the bedding/sheets in the bed smelled of sweat. We had 1 day without electricity in our room, the people in the lobby told us its because the local agent didnt pay the electricity bill. We payed extra to get the deluxe appartment with a big terrace but it did not have furniture so we couldnt use it.

We spend 5 days in Dubai and book a apartment for 4 days in JBR for 150 $/night studio with ocean front, kitchen, living room,.... then we think we should experience one night in the Palm, for more than double price. What I get in return: - The back side of the beach is blocked and we do not see the blue ocean anymore, it looks now a pond. - The beach is smelly on the day we came, I saw jelly fish died cover all the back side of the beach, as high as 2 cm - If you think we want to escape, then the Palm is where it for. But if you want to see activities and amenities and the vibrant cities, you should think twice.

The hotel is a wannabe 5-star hotel, but it has to sharpen up in many areas if it can be justified in charging 5-star prices. The location is the bottom right side of the palm and therefore a longish taxi ride from town and not reasonably walkable to attractions like Aquaventure. Half the rooms look out on a building site for the time being. Cleanliness was not an issue inside the rooms and interior, but almost every square foot of sandy beach had discarded cigarette butts. Every scoop of our kids' spades unearthed more fag ends. As I went to mention this to beach staff, to my amazement several of them were smoking at that very moment. When one finished his cigarette, he tossed it to the sand! We retreated to the pool, but every cabana surrounding the pool had smokers, so wherever we swam there was a pall of cigarette smoke. Pretty rank as it is, but with kids to protect as well, it's downright nasty. The lobby staff were excellent but the breakfast staff need to sharpen up.
