Beautiful Experience! ”
My boyfriend and I went for the weekend, and it was an amazing experience from check-in to check-out. Everyone from Valet to room service were so kind and hospitable. Lovely views everywhere you turn, food was great, and the pool/beach was breathtaking!

Everything was perfect as I expressed at the review, but it's important to know that the final payment is not only what is charged at the time of booking. To this initial amount must be added the cost of using the amenitties ($ 35 + tax) and also if you have to use the parking service. Both charges, could increases the cost by more than 40%.

Room was beautiful. Every single option in the hotel was enormously priced!! Spent over $1200 for 5 days and didn’t go overboard on any entree. Did have alcoholic beverages with every meal but still feel it was too much. A small solo cup margarita was $18!

Great property and facilities but wish I'd known they were undergoing renos in advance. Lots of personalized services, but still on the pricey side. Meal choices were better before renovations, and the pool area is more difficult to access.

Everything was good except for the receptionist was rude, she gave us the cards and we were lost trying to find the room. She never told us how to get to the room or about the parking charge.

I stayed here for a conference. The facilities are beautiful, clean, and very spacious. Dining choices are fantastic right on site. Staff are very helpful. The only drawbacks are the high parking fees, and Internet fees.

Unpleasant staff, pretty hotel”
The hotel is really nice and I thought the style was modern. The staff were not friendly and had no care in the world to make you feel welcomed. They don’t give you information that’s important to have. When you ask questions they look irritated and annoyed. I personally will not be returning for that reason. Miami I’m general has no hospitality unfortunately.

Really bad experience with this hotel . I will never recommended to anybody . ”
Really bad customer service , our check in was at 4:00pm and they give us the room at 5:27 . The room was for 4th people and they just give us 3 towels and the toilet paper was just one and was used , we call so many times to the line of room service and they didn't pick up the phone(never -ever ) until we went down to the receptionist and give them the complain , a girl took all the information of the room and she said “will be ready in few minutes like in a half hour” , when we come back from dinner still they didn’t put anything , no towels - no toilet paper , they give us just $50 dollars for the inconvenience of the delay of the room but they didn’t care about anything else . I will never recommend this hotel , very unprofessional and very expensive that is not worth it . We had it a really bad experience .
