It is a nice hotel in a good location - 2nd best hotel in Mendoza Pros- Good price, close to lots of shopping & restaurants, staff friendly, Large rooms, good breakfast Cons - If you do not speak Spanish, there is only one TV Channel that is in English & no premium channels, lighting in room a bit dim - especially the bathroom, no irons allowed (lots of people in wrinkly cloths)

Stayed extra days after New Years Eve; Great Hotel. Great View, Rooms very good and Clean, Staff - Near the Good restaurants - Parrilla Downtown, best steak in Mendoza. Had Steak there 4 times....I would go back to Mendoza just for their steaks.....

Great hotel, great value”
We stayed for 3 nights and considering the cost (approx $100 per night) found it hard to find fault with the Diplomatic. The welcome and check in was great - as good as a hotel twice or three times the price. The rooms are large, well designed, well equipped and really well serviced. The only fault in the bathroom was that the shower screen wasn't very waterproof and the bathroom floor ended up very wet but this was no big deal. Gym is nice and well looked after. They offer free wine tasting every evening which is a nice touch. Good location and easy walking to the main square and lots of bars/restaurants.

Breakfast included, but not as varied and gourmet as for a 5 stars hotel The siphon of the bathroom was expelling a bad smell every time you were going to use the sink, tub or toilet. They couldn't fix it. For the rest I would recommend it. Is a nice hotel, calm and clean.

location,service and great value for money made our stay a good one at this hotel. The wine tasting offered at night is a good initiative. Wifi is only available for free in the common parts which transforms the lobby into an internet place. When will hotels realise that it s time to offer this service for free throughout the hotel!!

Nos alojamos por dos noches por operación de mi esposa. El trato de recepción fue cordial, la habitación estaba lista y nos ofrecieron un late check out a un precio razonable. El hotel esta puesto con gusto, es funcional, tiene buena ubicación. El desayuno es bueno, y ofrecen una degustación diaria de vinos con una somelier muy amable. El restaurante tiene una carta de pocos platos, pero son buenos y estan bien servidos. La atención es cordial y esmerada.

멘도사 시내 가격대비 좋은 호텔로 주변 좋은 식당들과의 접근성이 좋음. 방은 잘 정리되고, 서비스도 좋음. 미국식 뷔페 식당은 화려하나, 식당대비 음식은 좀 떨어지는 느낌.

Jag var väldigt nöjd med vistelsen. Bilen parkerade jag i hotellets garage för en nominell kostnad varje dag. Att ta sig runt i Mendoza var väldigt smidigt då hotellet är så centralt beläget.

Lyxigt hotell med fantastisk service”
Diplomatic ar ett mycket trevligt och lyxigt hotell belaget i centrum av Mendoza med narhet till restauranger och promenader i trevliga parker. Frukostbuffen ar helt fantastisk, personalen synnerligen hjalpsam och kan engelska mycket bra. Poolen ar i minsta laget och da solen ligger pa drygt halva dagen finns ingen skugga. Fint gym.
