location, mobility & privacy
we had some issues with the heater but was attended to promptly. We were also able to change apartment when the problem was not resolved. Wonderful operators.

Superb for family”
clean comfort homely
The whole apartment was well maintained. It feels like home. The location is great as its away from the hustle of shopping areas. The subway train was just nearby and walked thru business shopping area. Food and restaurants are nearby.

Inexpensive luxury apartment hotel.”
Wifi access. Large rooms with a bathroom for each room. Nice design.
We were staying 2 colleagues, to attend a conference. We were surprised by the fresh looking apartment, an especially convenient to have a separate bathroom for each of the two bedrooms. Excellent meze restaurant at the ground level and a Tesco Express just a few minutes away. Only disappointment was that access to the gym and pool was unavailable for short term guests.

Bad Experience not with Agoda ”

I had a bad experience with this booking. When I arrived at the Discovery Docks,a guy came and got me , my husband and mother in law and transfered us to another apartment nearby called The Meridien Place, and we were not informed as to what was going on. I was pretty upset as the apartment given to me was old with no reception counter.They apologised saying the was a miscommunication and so I will have to stay in the Meridien Place for the next 3 nights. I then just decided to unpack and settle in. At 8pm I recieve a call from the agent saying they want us to move to Discovery Docks by 10am the next day. I was furious as I wish they informed me earlier, as I already unpacked and I have my mum in law with me who is old. On top of that I had book for a tour at 8am the next day.Finally I just decided to stay on at the Meridien Place due to the inconvinience of the whole arrangment. However when I brought this matter up to Agoda, I was informed the agent have given confirmation that our arrangements were all good, which is not true. Agod awas kind enough to do the neccessary resolution for my issue. Thank you Agoda!

The Apartment was not up to standard”
Easy Access to the business area
We booked a Luxury apartment but the apartment was far from luxury, in fact it was standard furniture and beds, very little utensils in the kitchen, bathrooms where small and not stocked with toiletries at all. View was ok but the constant noise from the nearby local train was disturbing. We tried to utilize training facilities but where told that we would have to attain a seperate key as the facilities were in another building. So I was not pleased with the general state of the apartment.

Just don't like the house keeping. Although it was my fault that I didn't know need to check out at sharp 10. She was rude when she was telling us.

Great location and facilities BUT”
Great location and price, really nice apartments
It should have been brilliant but despite the best efforts of the friendly and helpful people from MOLI too many little things happened. It is hell to find and get into. The washer dryer broke and was just replaced with a washer, the wifi was out for two days., the food waste disposal did not work, taps fell off. It is a real shame the unit maintenance was clearly such low standard. And unfortunately all these problems needed to be reported via a somewhat confusing call centre
