From the security guards, the front office staffs and the waiters everybody were so courteous, friendly and helpful. The front office staff (male) that accommodated us was so helpful and also the check-out staffs were so nice, they even asked us how was our stay? They have this gesture when they say thank you, even the security guards were so nice and they always do the gesture when the say thank you. The room was very impressive, the bed and bedsheets were so smooth and silky, the bathroom was so spacious and all the amenities that we needed were there, the bathtub was big. We had a dinner at there restaurant and their food's taste and the volume were perfect, the price was reasonable. We were little bit dismayed when they informed us upon check-in that the breakfast won't be buffet but will be delivered to our room, but we were so surprised when our breakfast was delivered, it was one of the best breakfast in the hotels here in the Philippines. We will definitely be staying in this hotel again and again.

Great stay with family”
My family and I (5 adults and a 3yr old) booked the Primea Double Suite and it was a big 2 bedroom suite. It has all the amenities you need including eating utensils if you want to eat inside the room. The staff are all accommodating and friendly. The pool was heated all day long however it was only open until 6pm. It might be nice to do night swimming on a heated pool. The breakfast was decent but can be improved with additional dishes. It might be good to have beverage station so people can just self serve. Overall, it was a comfortable staycation for my family. Thanks for a great stay Discovery Primea!

Top notch hotel with great location as Glorietta/Greenbelt malls close by for all shopping needs. The hotel facilities and the room are clean. Highly recommend the executive suite with a relaxing view of urdaneta village as it’s spacious and with complete kitchen facilities. We had the best time as we had the infinity pool to ourselves at night as occupancy still quite low given the pandemic. Staff are courteous and requests are attended to quickly. Special mention to Sandra from front desk who’s very hospitable.

Excellent Costumer Service”
It’s our first time staying in this hotel. we were looking for a room with separate living space because we have a child and 5 days quarantine is no joke. From the lobby, location, cleanliness to all the staff, they all exceeded our expectations. The hotels biggest gem is the STAFF! Their all polite, courteous, warm and very accommodating. They made our quarantine bearable and feels like home. Unit was superb clean and high tech.

Best Vacation Ever!”
I planned to surprise my hubby and daughter for a 3D/2N staycation at Discovery Primea since it's a long weekend. This time I decided to have it within Metro Manila since we usually hold our vacation outside Metro. When we first enter the hotel, all staffs from valet to Front Desk were very accommodating and friendly, our room was superb and food was awesome! Loved the breakfast buffet with steak at the carving station as well as the Jacuzzi at the pool area! I just hope you will have a Kiddie Play Area at the 3rd Floor for Kids aside from Swimming Pool you currently have to enjoy their daily activity during their stay in the hotel similar to Shangri-la Fort, Sofitel and Okada Hotel. Great room, good food”
Booked the Business King room, wasn’t disappointed. Room is clean and big. Bathroom is also clean and spacious. Ordered in-room dining, food was good as well. Breakfast buffet choices are limited though but, in my enough, sufficient for a hearty breakfast. Overall, can’t complain. Facilities may not be as huge or grand sa Pen or Makati Shang but Discovery can stand toe to toe.

I thought it was unbelievable that they would provide a free phone for use during your stay. It really came in handy for GPS and phone calls. I was very impressed by the TV in the bathtub. Nice tall ceilings, beautiful rooms. Very nice fitness facilities. I got a haircut for $12 and my wife got a pedicure for $8 at the salon inside the hotel, which were both fantastic. The morning buffet was great.

We wanted to have a little R&R when we decided to stay at Makati, and did we ever get it. Everything good they said about this hotel was right on the money. As soon as we arrived, we received the warmest greetings and this continued all throughout our stay. The suite we received was spotless and everything was well-maintained. Great stay but there was something lacking!”
I had a regular staycation for 3 days 2 nights, and it was an amazing experience for me and my boyfriend! The room felt bigger than what I expected/saw from the photos and cleanliness of the room and other facilities were top notch. All their staff - from the front desk, to attendants, to guards and maintenance - everyone was so polite and sincere in helping out their guests. Amenities open were the restaurant, gym and pool. It was great that the scheduling for pool usage was in effect. We got the night time slot so the two of us got the whole area just for us. It felt so private and safe! If we were to nitpick what's lacking, it is with regards to the restaurant. We were expecting a breakfast buffet but it was plated and served once only. They had 3 options for the breakfast sets: Continental, American and Filipino. Each probably had 7-8 types of food with it (eg. pastries, rice, meat, fruits, drinks, etc) We were thinking this could get a pass because the set actually seemed big but out of the set we probably only got 2-3 items out of it. Almost 70% of the items were not available/out of stock. Since it's also a set, we assumed that by choosing which option we want, everything will be served at once. They only served the main dish from the set and when we were wondering where were the others, it's either that's the only time they'll bring it over or say that it's out of stock. It was too bad because the food actually tasted good. It got worse because on our first day, we got about 40% of our food. On the second day, we only got about 30% of our food. Aside from this, everything else went well. Will def come back but my expectations will be higher.

The location is ideal if you want to go out and eat in the resto as it is a walking distance in Glorietta and Landmark. If you don’t want to go out, you can order room service and order Aglio Olio ❤️Super worth it! The place is immaculate. Super love the bathtub with tv!

Discovery has always been a luxurious escape -- and getting the family get together over the holidays with top class facilities within the city center is a dream. Staff has always been so lovely. Recommend this hotel over and over --- maybe a Christmas tree inside the room? Or is that too much? :)

The room was perfect! Nice view, closet, bathroom even the staff were all accommodating. The buffet breakfast was also delicious - from entré down to dessert. All in all it was a bang in a buck. Highly recommendable!

Staffs are very very nice and friendly. Customer service is excellent! The room is clean and very spacious. My children love the bathtub with tv. They gave complimentary birthday cake for my kids. Everything is exceptional except for the cost which is a little too expensive. Hence, I'd like to go back again. Great stay!

Beautiful place.. Check in was smooth.. Room business flat.. About 40 m², gorgeous.. With bathtub..with tv.. Yeah watch a movie while u dip in it.. Great. The BF is good multiple choices.. The swimming pool was great, nice ambience, water warm, & size good.. Plus jacuzzi. Location is good too.. Near to Glorietta. The worse thing there is the entertainment system.. Or tv system.. It's really not practical.. Slow.. Frezz.. Jammed.. Slow changing the channels.. Not good at all.. It's a shame for a 5 stars hotel like that.. Overall my staying was really nice.. I enjoyed it.
