    “Not clean”

    The toilet very terrible. Look like long time didn't clean. Got urine at toilet bowl, I have to clean it myself. Also got strong smelly in toilet. Floor also not clean, feel sticky. Other than that average consider okay. Downstairs got few nice restaurant. Easy for who lazy to outside have meal.

    “Bad stay experience ”

    My stay was in Nov 2022, when I checked in there were died cockroaches in kitchen, bathroom & washing machine area. Refrigerator was leaking, I got host notified on this. They came to clean & fixed the refrigerator leakage issue the next day, unfortunately on 2nd night there was cockroach crawled on my daughter’s hand on the bed at 4am++ midnight while sleeping. I snapped the photo & video of the cockroach crawling on the blanket sent to host, host do replied the next morning by only apologised for the unpleasant experience we experienced last night. The rating of cleanliness given was 8.8 and the service rating was 9, but this not supposed to be the cleanliness & service rating given! How do you feel if you are the one who sleeping there and cockroach crawled on your body middle of the night, it’s really terrible and only a word of sorry 😣

    Have small suggestion can put mirror for each room easier for girls to look makeup 😆 and no need to go toilet to look Overall are good, customer service also attend our enquiries promptly

    “Excellent”

    It is a good place for a young family back from overseas for holiday where they have their own space and for gathering of other family members. This unit has its unique walk way to the unit after grill door which of course made up the size mentioned. Initially, I wish the unit space is bigger without the walk way but then in the end, it is good when you have bigger group gathering where everyone can leave all their shoes outside instead inside the unit. Kitchen - I told KT cleanliness is really below par. Dusty kitchen cabinets. Stained and dirty dish drainer. I had to try to wash it to make it usable before my sis and family arrived. Cutleries and utensils provided are quite pathetic. So lacking. I had to move a lot of stuff eg dinner plates and the above from my home to be able to cook and serve even for my sis and family alone. Toilets - Under toilet seat cover have stains. Not thoroughly clean. Disgusting. Toilet brush provided but not the detergent. It is good that in the end, they provided hand wash for both toilets and kitchen after my enquiry. Unfortunately, they didn’t provide rubbish bin for the 2nd toilet. Please fix the towel holder in the 2nd toilet above the WC before it falls on someone’s head or towels go straight into the toilet bowl!!! I understand that it is homestay and not all tenants will try to take good care of the furniture. But the dining table needs to be replaced. It looks so destroyed. And please provide stools if can’t provide enough dining chairs. I remember very well you advertised unit is for 2-5 pax but chairs only enough for 4 pax! And beds enough for only 4 to sleep. Thank you for providing clean linens and pillow cases for us to change ourselves upon our request after you unable to send your cleaner to clean although promised with one free cleaning. Overall, KT and team responded well to all my queries and requests. Love their facilities. It is good esp for those who would like to stay in and not go out much. But pric
