The hotel is not as pictured. It was much more run down inside than expected. I needed 3 rooms to get a satisfactory result. the first room was missing a light bulb in the bath. As bathroom light in hotels is notoriously bad (not just here), I called to get a new bulb. Putting that bulb in shorted out the entire bath. So I got another room. The second room was not nearly as nice as the first one. It was very small and the air conditioning was over the bed. I asked for another room. The third room was pretty nice and I was happy there. However, there was also a bulb out over the bed. I didn't bother to call to have that one replaced as I didn't want another issue with a shorted out situation. Also, the first night, the wifi was constantly out and had to be reset. After that it was OK. The hotel is in a very nice location and if you are a walker, you can easily get around town from there.

The hotelli needs renovatiom”
There are multiple things that should be fixed in the hotel. First, on the cold weather it should be possible close Windows tightly. Now cold air and traffic noise was present as there were holes on the Windows. The toilet didn’t flush properly and the sink was jammed. The heating system couldn’t be used as it smelled terrible. Finally the furniture were falling apart in the room and the beds made loud noise as they were old spring beds. I don’t mind if the hotel had only two stars as long as the basic things are working properly.

A nice location hotel but bad service ”
I came this hotel earlier than checkin time 3pm. They suggested me to leave luggage there and went out for lunch. Of course they charged for my staying 1 night. At the afternoon I came back, they informed that an issue happened and they would move me to another place which was better. That’s Eldon Washington. But this apartment was not good, bad decoration & location. It is service apartment but lack of many kitchen ware. And this apartment still hold my deposit until today over 10 working days

Good for the location and price but that is it. Veeery basic. Minimal windows, very dated, no facilities, thin walls, no hot water or fridge in the room. Marginal but worked for us.

Budget-friendly option in DC”
It's not a very fancy hotel, but does provide a budget-friendly and quite decent option for a stay in DC. The bed was quite nice and bathroom was fine as well. I don't really have anything to complain about, just the overall interior is outdated and needs refurbishing.
