We're hooked!”
Divi routinely updates their units so the 1br 1 ba was nice and modern feeling. Super spacious, way more room than 2 people needed. Our unit walked out onto the pool space that had the swim up bar. In our week there, we saw very few kids and most were in the "old enough to behave themselves" category. For being located in front of one of the busier pools, we did not notice any pool noise from within the unit (music, chatter, screeching kids). LOVED that Divi has a free shuttle service that takes you door-to-door within their properties, as well as to the Alhambra Casino (where there are several restaurants and shops surrounding). We have already decided that we'll be coming back to Divi on our next trip to Aruba.

Amazing ”
Absolutely my favorite resort on the island. We have been coming here for over 30 years. There are things to do for small children all the way up to adults. The resort is so clean the staff is absolutely amazing and friendly and helpful. Definitely I’ll go to reside on the island.

COULDN'T BE BETTER!”
Our room, the staff, the facilities, the pools, the food, all could not be better. My only issue was the beach was rocky, which can't be helped, so with beach shoes we were able to get right in. We loved Divi Dutch so much that we booked next year on our last day of vacation!

Lovely Experience in Aruba”
Divi Dutch Village was great. Our one bedroom suite was huge and offered a full kitchen. It was live having our own 1 bedroom condo. The suite was very clean and well-maintained. The pool and ground were immaculate. The staff was uniformly friendly, kind and helpful. We would definitely return.

One of the best vacations ever.”
There are 4 Divi resorts. The other 3 are all inclusive. we didn't think we could eat that much and there are so many good restaurants in Aruba. You can use the facilities of all the other Divis and get there by an electric shuttle. Beautiful beach. Wonderful pools. Good entertainment at night.

No regrets”
We were booked at the Renaissance for last year, but Covid said "no. " The more I looked leading up to this trip, the less I liked the Renaissance. Divi Dutch is away from the city and the airport/ cruise ships

Nice Resort”
The resort is nicely located on the beach. The rooms are nice. The mini kitchen is tiny, no stove or large refrigerator or chair.no table to sit and eat. The front desk lady was not so nice. All the other front desk people were great. The cleaning staff was wonderful. The Tiki pool and bar was very nice and we loved the bingo. We have stayed at the Divi Dutch 5 times and love it. The beach is beautiful although it has shrunk and you need water shoes to go in the sea due to rocks. The entertainment at the Tamarin is nice each night. Having the shuttle service to go to other Divi resorts is really nice. Recommend Mulligan's restaurant at Divi Golf. The casino is part of the shuttle service. Will be back to Divi Dutch.

Great hotel, great location”
Great hotel at a great location. Majority of staff is super nice. However the checkin and checkout experience was horrible. Some glorified cattle driver at checkin barking words at me wasn’t the welcome I was hoping for. But as soon as I left the horrible lady at check in all was soon forgotten until the day of departure. Much to gain at arrival and departure. Everything in between is super.

Overlooked sibling in the Divi family”
We were excited to stay here as we thought that we would have access to the amenities of the other three Divi properties that were on the same campus. The rate was for the room only and there were several things (the rock climbing wall, as an example) that were exclusively for the Divi All Inclusive guests and not for those staying at the Dutch Village. The reception area was closed for the Dutch Village so check in and check out was at the neighboring Divi Golf resort. They offer golf cart shuttles for you (this was throughout all of the properties and this was very convenient) but not having a reception area dedicated to our resort led to incorrect information being received. We asked at the closest reception desk (at the Tamarijn) what time check out was for the Dutch Village and were told 11am. We found out the next morning that it was actually 10am. There was also a lack of information and communication when we checked in. We received incorrect information from both the website and some of the reception staff. We had to discover on our own helpful details like what restaurants were available, where to get pool towels, how to get shuttle service, and what the check out process was. The room itself was lovely and the staff that we interacted with were fantastic Ambassadors for Aruban hospitality. But for the price we expected better from the resort as a whole.

Not Safe”
I have been around the world both solo, with teens, with kids, and with just one teen. In Aruba, we did not feel safe. From the transportation to walking at night even just from the dining places to our room - it was always with a looking over our shoulder type of vibe. They call themselves the friendly Island; that is a joke.
