Very nice and quiet place. Kitchen has everything but microwave, in case if you need it. The only thing for me which is not acceptable - extremely small and narrow rooms...I almost felt claustrophobic...so this may be a problem for such a people sensitive to closed areas

Cheap accommodation near a main train station”
Do Step Inn is basically a cheap accommodation near the west train station. Everything can be reached through that station. The beds in the 8 dorm room is cramped. You have no space to do your thing. The location was perfect though!

Budget Travel, Easy Access to Public Transport”
Very happy with the cleanliness of the rooms, I slept well and would recommend this hostel/hotel for the budget traveller. I found it easy to explore Vienna by foot from the location near Wien Westbanhof, the reception was welcoming and friendly at check-in, and my room was comfortable and clean. Four person en suite was nice, the shower was good, even found a candy on each pillow.

200m from Westbahnhof”
Do Step Inn is super convenient. there is direct bus from the airport to Westbahnhof and we also travel from here to Salzburg by train. The hostel is so convenient we only need to drag our luggages for about 200m to the back entrance of Westbahnhof. There are plenty of food, cafes and restaurants and convenient stores in Westbahnhof itself. You can take a 2.20euro train to Hauptbahnhof or Stephenplatz to get to main tourist ares. It is also possible to walk to the Schonbrunner garden/palace from this hostel (about 2km). Rooms are clean and the washroom was in my 6 bed mix dorm, not too sure about other types of rooms. Coffee is available at the reception area but I didnt try it.

Good stay in Vienna for a good value”
It was a great stay in Do Step Inn as the hotel is closely located to the train station Westbanhoft. Just a short walk of 5 minutes and the hotel is on the right side. The staff is helpful and my stay in private room gave me so much freedom. The dining area is open and very clean where we can put our food in 2 large fridge with very clean kitchen utensils. Will stay here again for sure if I go to Vienna

Do Step Inn is more like a hostel for backpackers but they do have private rooms for guests who are not used to sleeping with strangers in the same room. At first, I do feel a little insecure staying in a hostel. But after checking in, the friendly staffs made it better. The dorm was surpisingly modern, clean and spacious! We have individual night lights beside each bed and a sharing bathroom in each dorm. The decorations and ambience of the hotel make it very cosy and definitely worth going back again.

The place was rather new and everything was clean. There were an ample amount of restrooms and showers too. The kitchen was very nice as well. WiFi worked well and was fast! Power outlets were a bit too few (only two for a 4 person room). The room was also small and a little squeezy. The lighting inside the room was also too dim and dark. At night the surrounding area can be a little too dark, but Vienna is a safe place anyway.

The staffs is not good. When I booked by agoda, I requested that “ I want a lower bed”. When I checked-in, they didn’t do that I had expected, even some lower beds are free. Location is not good, it is far from central Vienna city. But it is near schonbrunn palace, you can get to palace by walk. It is about 30 minute-walk. There is supermarket near the hostel. The kitchen is big, refrigerator also. It was comfortable. However, You should be better that you don’t keep your food at refrigerator or kitchen shelf. Because anyone ate my banana and serial. The hostel is big, a lot of guests there. WiFi is not good, slow.

I like they equipped bathroom in every dorm. But the problem is when you stay with ladies, you have to wait for a very long time. Beside that, everything is perfect, I am very sure I will go back when I visit Vienna again. Location is really really good, seriously
