Overall Good , only in breakfast time. One of the staff need to be train again. He should now how to treat well the Guest. I can't take second breakfast even though still in range of time of breakfast.

Very friendly nd helpfull manager! Staff should go to foreign language class to learn to speak better english to understand their foreign guests. This place is absolutely well maintained nd nicely decorated. You feel like at home at this homestay. But... the (chinese) owner should be much more open to accept suggestions and advises from their guests to improve quality of rooms, services etc. If you want yr guests to return for a new stay then you must try as owner to give the guests what they like to have for service or any other thing. Always think: The guest is king! Not the rules, the ideas or the meaning of the owner is the most important. I did give the the very helpfull manager many advises and suggestions....I hope to stay another time here again and see the owner has accepted my ideas nd suggestions and did change to improve the already very good quality of Doho homest.ay

This is a homestay but manage like a professional budget hotel chains. They have a good standard for this homestay. I got a very comfortable bed, clean sheet linen, clean room and bath room. Breakfast is nice with some choice. i think its better than another hotel nonchains in Jember.

Homestay with hotel facility ”
When I booked the room, I didn't expect that the homestay have a hotel facility. So when I came and stayed, I was a bit surprised. The room had hotel standard with refrigerator and amenities, they also have pool. Although they had a lot rooms but the parking lot not I'm not sure fit for all guest. But better you park your car by yourself not asking the security help. The small fault that I remember is the receptionist didn't tell us that they have welcome drink. But I have to praise the employee there, my brother lose his wallet and one of the cleaning service return it completely So it was great experience for us

love this homestay! though it's a 'homestay' but it seems like we stay in Hotel. the breakfast is nice. the room is clean and fresh. the location is at downtown though it's not located on the main road. surprisingly, there is a pool! and it's clean enough to swim. overall, it's so recommended to stay here for leisure or business!
