Don't judge a book by it's cover.....
This is a 62 bedroom state run hotel and the quality of service and the breakfast were both abysmal.......or should I say almost non-existent. The hotel sits in large piece of land not too far from the back beach - around a 5 minute walk, but the lasadaical attitude of the staff possibly reflects why on the first night we were the only guests in the hotel. An opportunity lost as far as running a business is concerned and if you want one fried egg, floating in oil, served for your breakfast (no choice) well go to this hotel. Otherwise stay clear!

Locals paradise
clean rooms close to the beach helpful staff
Our stay was pleasant. The hotel was close to the back beach and very clean. The area is used for locals inhabitants of Saigon to party on weekends so not a lot of English is spoken around the place but they seem to understand more than speak. So if charades is not your thing staying here might frustrate you.

The hotel is average OK, quiet surrounding and near to ocean side. I realize that only on Saturday morning they offer the buffet breakfast but on my Friday morning they offer me the ala carte breakfast. Anyway the buffet breakfast are vietnamese cuisine but it OK for me. If you back hcm by futabuslines phuong trang bus you can ask them pick up you from this hotel.

Relatively costly city. Dated facilities.
Location was ok,
We were not pleased with our stay. The room was stinky and in a bad shape. There was only screaming, hot water in the shower. There was too loud karaoke in the backyard in the evening and in the morning some constraction work noises started at 7am. The price and quality ratio was poor compared to many hostels in Vietnam. The overall experience was bad. Location was ok, but nothing else.

Green environment, quiet and near to beach
The lcoation are near to beach and at nights there is a lot people selling food and studd along the street. The hotel breakfast are vietnamese food cruisine but its ok for me, the environment are great and beautiful around the hotel. You could have a peaceful night sleep at this hotel as it not very near to city main area.
