A very neat and tidy property located in the heart of the city with swimming pool,gym and restaurent.All functional.Staff is very courteous and helpful.The breakfast buffet is served at the table.Dosa,poori,upma,vada,idli,juice,omlette and boiled egg along with fruits and juice .They allowed us for free late check out at 2pm instead of 12pm.They provided hot milk for my kid at 11.35pm at night.Indusind Atm is bang opposite to property.every function in room is battery operated along with empty minibar.Food is bit costly but quantity and taste makes up for it.Auto stand is just outside the gate for beach visits.You can also book Ola rentals for your travels at 1500 rs for 8 hours.Within half km HDFC and IDBI bank is there along with Mall,cinema hall and restaurents within 20 minutes walk. I stayed here for 6 days with my family.They clean your room when you are leaving for sight seeing and just need a phone call.Room servicw is damn fast.Full property ia sanitized and Covid protocols maintained strictly.Swimming pool open from 6am to 6pm.They even gave my boarding pass printout once i mailed it to them.The reception staff cares for you like anything.Never saw such generosity in my earlier travels.You guys rock.Keep it up.

Superb star hotel at an exceptional price.”
I was looking for a budget friendly yet a luxury stay for a couple of nights in Vizag with my family and came across this gem. Very nice location , within city limits with ample parking space. The hospitality right from the checkin till checkout was exceptional. Staffs were highly supportive. The rooms were cleaner and bigger in size and there is a big swimming pool inside the premises which is definitely the highlight. Liked the breakfast spreads and the services there. There are 2 restaurants one on the 7th floor which has light music and some amazing food varieties(slightly costlier but worth it). The restaurant on the groundfloor serves the complimentary breakfast and it had large number of varieties. Always opt for the breakfast package. You cannot go wrong. Though the hotel looks a bit older on the outside but has all the amenities inside on-par with other star hotels.

This was a booking for my parents all were at their 60's for 4 nights. The hotel facilities, services, cleanliness, crew behaviour, menu spread and it's taste were awesome. Right from pick-up till drop everything the team managed very smoothly. Considering I was not accompanying them I was bit sceptical about the itenary, well I am very happy and thankful to the entire unit of Dolphin Vizag for taking good care of the my parents stay. Highly recommended ! Opportunities of improvement: 1) please have a separate dining facilities for in house guests while you are arranging party/shows in your dinning area.

Good value, excelent facilities”
Booking with Agoda got us a good discount making this excellent place affordable. The hotel has quiet central a/c with large comfortable well equipped rooms. We particularly enjoyed the large swimming pool. The complimentary breakfast buffet was good. The staff were particularly helpful, The front desk let me print out air tickets and hotel vouchers for forward travel. The wifi internet connection was very good

Excellent hotel”
We were very happy with our choice of hotel in Vizag. We found the staff to be courteous, friendly and efficient. Facilities in the hotel are excellent. The only slight drawback was the strange system whereby only two devices can connect to wifi. When we commented on it the management very kindly connected our two laptops also. We dined in the Cascades Restaurant and again it was excellent with a very efficient and helpful staff. Overall we were very happy with our stay and I would have no hesitation in recommending it.

Though it was an old property, it had been well spruced up. It had all the modern facilities like swimming pool, etc. the rooms were remodelled too. It had a very contemporary look. Complimentary breakfast was very good Good spread and delicious. Wash rooms where very clean.

It was a good experience ad a comfort stay. We were amazed to see such an excellent housekeeping. They made sure and ensured that all of our needs were met on time and attended professionally. Executive Housekeeper making sure to attend us when we requested for some extra amenities and toiletries for some of our particular need. The staff extended their courteous gesture and visited us and we liked to see such a courteous staff. I just love the place. The Indian and continental food and deserts there is just mouth watering. It's a luxurious 4 ⭐ experience overall.
