Acceptable”
Too many limitations at Dolphin Resort & spa-diving .....No TV (sorry kids) ...No daily complimentary water inside the room, so you have to fetch water from their resto area each time (which is limited to small bottles provided by them, so you have to make several trips to the resto to refill,or buy your own water from the grocery). You have to book your dinner by 5pm (based on their limited set meal menu) or you starve. The Chef & staff are not in-house & resto closes early. Lunch/Dinner is costly for a simple menu. Bookings are considered good and no refund nor free cancellation option even if you change your mind a month before your trip. No intercom/phone/bell inside the room where you can call up for maintenance/room service or any concerns. You have to walk your way to the reception area You're lucky if your villa is just within a comfortable walking distance. Security is lacking. We are travellers and have tried all sorts of accomodations (domestic & international), we know if we are getting the right value for money.

Hotel in a Paradise ”
Really nice and green. I appreciated the "no plastic" policy. Ideal for divers and snorkelers, but for a family with young children they should offer some more options, for instance a children menu for the dinner. They offer tours and excursions, have a nice SPA with several options (I tryed the Filippino massage: very good!) The bungalows are beautiful, but if the temperature is too warm, the fan and air conditioning in the room are quite noisy: a pity, because you could hear the birds in the morning and wake up in a paradise.

Very good”
Great food and very relaxed environment with pleasant staff and gorgeous views. It's unfortunate that the shore is somewhat polluted, but the water is still clear and there's plenty to see in the reef.

Good for divers”
Very nice place though expensive, especially food compared to restaurant in the city nearby. Very good facilities for snorkelers and divers, very well thought.

Dolphin House Resort”
We were two couples staying here, and they were incredibly accommodating and really wonderful all around. They arranged for a van to pick us up at 2am and brought us right to the resort in the morning, and returned us the same way in the evening we were leaving. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and a pleasure to be around. The rooms were very clean and quite comfortable, providing for all of our needs. The rooms were cleaned daily and were spotless when they finished cleaning even things I wouldn't have thought needed cleaning, but made that extra little touch in being impressed. Breakfast was provided for every morning, and the food was exceptionally good. They have a different special menu for afternoons and evenings, with a possibility to have just a main course or a full course dinner for different prices. All the food was exceptional and well made, with an interesting variety of types and styles and tastes. The scuba diving facilities are really well maintained and they have excellent and knowledgeable staff. They provided many different options for both beginners and advance divers, and they have their own house reef to explore if you just want to do some snorkeling. The spa facility is really nice and worth a couple of massage experiences with different choices of styles. White beach is incredibly close, for when you want to reach the beach. It's a nice white sandy beach with a coral base so there are some rocky/coral you have to watch out for stepping on in the water, but the turquoise water and the palm tree beach is gorgeous and a great experience, with some of the locals offering to get a coconut straight from a tree and provide you a drink with it for a price, or if you want beer or otherwise. Some will come by to offer souvenirs, but they are friendly and polite and not really pushy if you aren't interested. I recommend going during the week as it is the least crowded. If you are looking to get a bit more mobile, you can rent a sco

Nice place”
Beach front hotel quite nice, a bit far from port by motorcycle car 1 hour+, (500Ph) rooms okay, hotel food pretty good. Family run business very pleasant staff. If you're travelling back to Cebu City go to alternative port direct boat to Cebu, will save you lots of time ask hotel staff for directions and times, hotel can arrange transfers

Peace and quiet”
A lovely place to just unwind and relax. Purely relaxation place with nice beach views. Rooms are very tidy and traditional. Outdoor activities are highly done here. If you want a place to just chill and get some tan this would be the place. And of course for the scuba diving activities as well.

Non existent staffs”
There is no 24- hour counter you can call or reach out to. At 7.30pm you cannot find anyone that will be able to assist with any form of queries other than the waitress at the restaurent who is only available to around 9pm. After that whatever it is, you are on your own. Breakfast starts at 7am and as we had to go out to sea at 6.30am, she mentioned we should pack breakfast. We were elated, however, someone brought breakfast at 5.30am and left. We realised that the sandwiches we ordered were straight from the fridge, icy cold for sandwiches are ain't meant to be. Went in search the whole resort and couldn't find a soul who could heat it up for us. Only a guard dog who growled at me and was not on leash!!!!!! We didn't eat it and had to go hungry. Terrible experience. Book it if u think u do not need any form of service whatsoever. Even if anything broke down you are on your own.
