Nice boutique hotel with great location”
Within walking distance to all major sights. Staff is lovely, roof garden nice, breakfast fantastic! Room was clean and had all the best amenities. Would definitely stay again and would definitely recommend to others

lovely hotel in ideal spot ”
Rooms were fairly spacious for Rome. Hotel is on a quiet street in a central location to all the sites. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was fresh and delicious.

Cannot beat the neighborhood, but hotel had no bartender and the overall amenity level at this price range was disappointing. Very cool boutique hotel, just don't think it's quite at the lux level it's price would suggest.

The room is basket divided they say it's 38 m but it's actually vets small, the bath is also Bradley divided. The staff was not nice so all in all I do not recommend

A Work In Progress”
1) There is no concierge. This is a problem since the front desk (usually only one person) has to do everything--answer the telephone, make restaurant reservations, deal with luggage, etc. This clearly is clearly a problem and the person at the front desk is often irritable. 2) The television operation is insane. There are no instructions and on two occasions someone had to come to my suite to play around with controls on the back of the TV and then show me some procedure on the remote control. Ridiculous. 3) At one point I had to complain to the front desk that my suite smelled of cigarette smoke (probably from someone in housekeeping). The response "what do you want me to do about it?" was rude and unacceptable. I have approximately 60 hotel night stays per year and have never heard such a response before. Most hotels around the world will just deal with issues and not respond in such a cavalier way. Unacceptable anywhere.
