This property is the far side of the port not in the centre of the town. The tuk tuk drivers couldn't find it and nobody knew where it was. When I eventually found it, the guy spoke no English and threw a key at me and pointed upstairs. The 1st floor is flooded. My room doesn't lock, it's filthy.
