No more room service and yet the rooms are not that close to the restaurant. This is the only resort/hotel that room service is not available -- No brewed coffee, still no ref, table/chair in any room.

The double bed is quite small, not comfortable for two men. Abit disappointed with the hotspring, it is just an ordinary swimming pool with warm water. Doesn't really enjoy it.

We booked for nights but upon checking in, what's reflected on their schedule of our booking is for 1 night only. So we have to transfer to a different room. The room on their Mediterranean Hotel is more private than their villa rooms. Its spacious but the aircon was dripping, our clothes got wet because of it. You also need to pay 300 pesos per person for an extra guest (without bed) or 600 pesos (with bed but the bed was just a picee of folding foam) which is disappointing.

hot spring and mountains! ”

we visited Feb 2017 to celebrate our wedding anniv with my 2 daughters, 7&3. idk about the pros and cons but will give some comparison for what we have experienced with other resort in calamba since we're doing this yearly. Same as other: -pool (they have 6 pools i guess but not big) -hotspring -food (it was actually good and healthy but not tasty as what we had with other resorts -staff (generally,they are accomodating esp the crew in resto) differ: -the place (i love that we can climb a mountain) they have groto here along with the mountain -too spacious, nature lover, we havent explore it much though -room, we dnt like it much xcpt that it's the newest in the resort and two double bed, no cabinet,, nor tables and chairs, just a bed, cr, tv, lampshade -flatscreentv, we love it that it has alot of channels with good reception -aircon, it's so new, and very cold :) all in all we enjoyed the stay, the fact that the kids had fun, we had too :) will comeback again

The resort is past it's prim and needs to be updated. We could see daylight around the front door, small bathroom sink that I was afraid was going to pull away from the wall, toilet worked sometime, etc.

Nice place to relax. Warm, clean, cool swimming pools.

Staff and crew are nice. The pool with big whale didn't have water 😔. The hot spring pool with big jar temp is per request 😔 No coffee/tea during breakfast. But nonetheless we enjoyed our stay.
