My stay at Goa
Below are some of excellent services 1) very next to beech 2) excellent staff, very co-ordial and co-operative. 3) clean and neat 4) very spacious campus Need improvement 1) Rooms can be more spacious 2) since it was raining we were not able to use the balcony. We should have some cover on the balcony also so that we can use it. All said the experience was excellent. My wife and kid liked so much.

little disappointed
pool, the lobby and the beach
Comfortable, service was poor, and the rooms were smaller than expected. That said, they had a brilliant pool and a good buffet breakfast.

Great property, OK Service
Great rooms, Very clean property, easy access to the beach
Positives: - Very clean property: One of the best. The pool is sparkling and they are proactive about cleaning the room twice a day - Location: The beach near the property is pristine and away from the crowds. The beach shacks serve very good food Negatives: - Staff: My biggest beef with this place: 1) The restaurant/bar staff act as if they are doing you a favour by serving you. I stayed here for 5 days and i wasnt smiled at once! 2) Funny incident: i ordered a drink during dinner and at the end, the waiter told me that they cannot produce a bill for the drinks and i had to pay by cash. I had to go back to my room to get the cash to pay. When i mentioned it to the front desk, they called the restaurant staff, provided me a bill (for a higher amount). I am pretty sure the bar staff was trying to make some money off the side. I wasnt given a proper apology for wasting my time. 3) My package included free wifi, i wasnt offerred the codes while checking in - had to ask every time to get coupons -Food: Taste was ok, but the spread was not that great. For example, this is the only breakfast buffet in india that did not have Bacon! That being said, the beach shacks offer great food for a fraction of the price.

Outdated and overpriced
Grounds, location, swimming pool and staff are lovely. But rooms are dated and mine stank of smoke. Not enough room to get 2 chairs let alone a table on balcony. Way overpriced and no free wi fi which is criminal in this day and age!

Awesome location,
Location, food and pool
Rooms were nice, but small if compared to a 5 star hotel. After putting a cot for my Infant the room looked congested. WiFi is a big problem. Almost no connectivity in the room. Beach is just 2 mins walk from the resort. Beach is really clean and very few people around so good if you looking for some peace. I would recommend anyone looking to stay in south goa, as at this price this is the best resort.

Fantastic yet tired and sloppy
Nice rooms, beach access, location
We got to Goa early in the morning and after a long breakfast in Margao, we got a bus to the hotel. We got to the hotel about 11, along with a number of other guests. We were told that we'd get a room in an hour, which we thought was reasonable. So we went off to the beach and when we came back almost an hour and a half later, we still had to wait almost another hour to get a room. Meanwhile, all the other guests waiting had got a room. We got twin beds, despite asking for a double bed. The result was a massive gap in the centre. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but we're in need of paint and a bit of sprucing up, especially since the hotel claims to be a 5 star. The breakfast buffet was surprisingly bad. Two non vegetarian items and an insipid omlette. Safe to say, we never went back even though it was free. All in all, don't expect fantastic service if you're Indian. It's a shame because domestic tourists always seem to outnumber the foreign ones. We won't be back.
