Hands down the most hospitable stay I’ve had anywhere is SE Asia. The owners are so helpful and went above and beyond for me when the bus company wasn’t on time and dropped me off before daylight. I would have stayed longer but they were booked out. Location couldn’t be better as I was doing yoga at Nomad Yoga. Just book it.

The location is great for seeing the Oldtown, the room had everything necessary but most of all the staff were super friendly and helpful, providing great information and helpful for booking tours and onward travel. I would definitely stay here again if I was back in Hoi An

Perfect location and great service”
The hotel location is perfect. 5 minutes walking distance to the Old town and all the restaurants but far enough for not listening the music or night noises. Room is big and spacious. It has fridge, big wardrobe, air conditioner and hairdryer. Breakfast is included.The staff is nice and keen to help anytime you need. Good price for renting a motorbike and visit the different spots around. We definitely would cone back!

Only negative we had was the breakfast. Nothing wrong with the quality, just could do with more options. This shouldn't take away from the staff and the hotel overall. Can't stress enough how much we have enjoyed our stay.

Cozy place with nice people”
We had a good time and spent a little over a week at this homestay. The family is incredibly nice, the room was really big and the location is good: it's quiet but only a 10m walk (max) to the Old Town. There's a little store close to buy water and stuff and some local restaurants if you walk up to Hung Vuong Street. The only downside we had was that they wouldn't clean as often. They cleaned our room only once - but I have to admit that we didn't ask them to clean. We found some dry Instant Noodles and lots of dust under the bed - the cleaning could be a little more thorough. We did laundry twice. The first time, everything is OK, but the second time all of our white clothes had some stains. After complaining they offered to wash them again for free, but unfortunately the stains didn't go away. Since we had to leave quick and early, we weren't able to complain again, but I'm sure they would've reimbursed us. All in all a great place, would definitely stay again!

The owner is attentive to ur request via chat. Room is big and i guess they upgraded us. Clean bed and bathroom, only negative thing is air cond not cold enough. Only staircase. If u have problems to climb, it might not ur choice.

It is cheap so you get What you pay for. Didnt feel Welcome there. Stayed 4 nights, no cleaning the room while I was there. Family played karaoke really loudly. Would not go again.

Wonderfully friendly homestay Ina quiet location along the riverside, just minutes away from the old town. Lovely big room with river view and large bed. One dollar bike rental to cycle five minutes along the river into the old town. Arranged airport taxi transfer and taxi tour around Danang one evening. Breakfast included too! Great pho and fruit. Had a lovely time.

A good and not expensive homestay in Hoi An”
When you look for a good and not expensive homestay in Hoi An, go there: - Very well looking, clean and nice rooms with everything you need - a good breakfast - a good and quiet location not far away away from the old city, only some minutes to drive with the easy going bicycles that you rent in the hotel for 1 US Dollar a day - and a nice and competent staff giving you good travel advices and bookings. And when it is free: take the „Deluxe Double with River view“ room, the little money that you pay more is it worth, the view to the river is great.

I stayed here for two nights with my boyfriend. We arrived at around 6am and thankfully there was a room available at that time and so they let us check in early at no cost. This homestay is located around 10-15 mins walking to the old town, so it’s very convenient. Breakfast was available at small fee. We had Cau Lao and Mi Quang which came with Vietnamese coffee at 46,000VND each. Both were good, especially the Mi Quang. There was no complimentary drinking water, so we had to buy big water bottle at 10,000VND from the homestay everyday. They offer tours which we did not take up. They have motorbikes (115,000VND onwards) and bicycle for rent too. Laundry service is also available at 30,000VND/kg. We booked our onward bus journey with the homestay at a reasonable price. Our room was not clean on our second night but it was not a problem for us. Aircon was working fine and there was a fridge in the room. Although the water pressure for the shower could be better, the hot shower was very stable. We stayed in a room with river view on the second level, but the view was blocked by trees. It would be better if the trees could be relocated. Lastly, the staff and the family running this homestay were very welcoming, helpful and caring for their guests. Overall, we had a great stay! :)

Brilliant place to stay, the guys there are really helpful and friendly! Location is perfect, only a 10-15 minute walk to most things, or a 5 minute bike ride! Rooms were really nice and clean, and the beds were comfy! Would recommend this place if you’re visiting Hoi An! :)

Loved this homestay”
Loved it here. Everyone who worked here made us feel like we were a part of their family and they were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about what to do in Hoi An and where to eat. We were walking distance to the old town, but enjoyed the quiet location, where we felt relaxed and comfortable. I would stay here again in a heartbeat the next time I come back to Hoi An!

Fantastic location and wonderful hosts!”
The homestay is located on a peaceful riverfront just some minutes’ walk away from the old town, restaurants and night market. The rooms are spacious, very clean and bright. The host family is super welcoming. They do recommend some tailors and restaurants, but are not pushy in any way. Highly recommended!

Attentive staff”
Very sweet staff that got up at 4am to make sure our sunrise tour came and got us. The place is a little away from the old town but the homestay rents bikes for a dollar, and we prefer not to be in the middle of the busy areas anyways. Great stay!

Good Homestay with amazing balcony view!”
We stayed here for a full week and we loved it! The room had a lot of space, clean and with a nice balcony (right outside of the room door) to the river. The location is the best! 10 minutes from the city center walking and still far from the confusion. The receptionist was the most friendly person we have ever meet in Vietnam! We also had a free cooking class as a cultural exchange activity that was very nice (we learned how to make fresh spring rolls and other local dishes)! The only thing we would have been happier to have was more shower pressure with the hot water.

Beautiful rooms, everything is like new, and conveniently functional. Location was perfect, 5 min walk from the noise on the relaxing river front. Had the best sleep! Hosts are extremely warm and friendly, invited us for a meal. Always smiling and helpful, with good English. We stayed 25 nights (yes 25) and can't recommend this place highly enough! Thank you xxx

Our stay was fantastic - the staff were so friendly and happy to help or answer any questions. Our room was clean, spacious and had a wonderful view of the river. We were sad to leave as the staff were so warm and lovely & they helped sort out our bus tickets to Quy Nhon. They took us to the bus stop & even bought us a coffee before we headed off! We would recommend this place to anyone :)
