** The staff were so accommodating and is always willing to help esp. if it's you're first timer. Just ask and they will answer ~ with suggestion and recommendations :) ** The way going to the hotel might be muddy if raining but "hello" - some of the areas in Boracay usually floods when raining and you cannot avoid this kind of situation so please manage your expectation. After all, the price were so cheap and still located in Station 1 near grotto. ** The price is so affordable yet, the service is excellent. The CR is clean, the vicinity is relaxing and you can experience "Barrio People's Way of Life". ** The wifi is poor sometimes but it's not in the hotel only. Most of the establishment in Boracay has poor Internet Connection. Let's live a simply life while in the Island. They don't have TIP BOX so this is my way on expressing how happy and satisfied with the service. I'll surely be back and would definitely recommend the place. :D

This is my first time to give a review for a hotel or for anything I've booked/purchased online, and that's because of what I've experienced in Dormitel PH Boracay. It was my second time in Boracay and on both of my stay in the island I chose Dormitel mainly because I'm just a budget traveler and it is one cheapest you'll see online. For almost P900 a night, of course, I didn't expect it to be the cleanest and most extravagant in the island but it was SAFE AND DECENT. In a scale of 1-5, i could give a rating 6 for its value for money. They are very quick to respond to the requests of their clients, be it extra mattress, additional towel or even change of rooms. But what really compelled me to make this review happened after we checked out. I was already at the Caticlan Port when i realized I left something (my pasalubongs) at their front desk. I quickly called their mobile number and asked if they could send my things to the port with the related expenses to be shouldered by myself. Without hesitation, they agreed to deliver my things to Caticlan Port which is an hour away from the hotel and is to be traveled by land and sea. What more, I was surprised to know that my stuff was delivered by no less than their manager and he refused to be reimbursed with all the expenses and troubles my forgetfulness caused their hotel. I'm amazed how a small hotel which i paid less than P900 would go the extra mile to satisfy their clients. I will definitely go back to Boracay and there is no place in my mind to stay in than Dormitel PH Boracay.

EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATION - CLEAN - GREAT STAY”
Smiling Staff were very helpful for us to start our tiring day. And since our trip is just overnight due to flight problem, being informative on where to go and what to do is very much appreciated from them. And we really commend them for that. They even advise us as to how we can ride a tsuk tsuk for a cheaper price. We didn't expect much since our room is very cheap with private CR thinking Boracay is very expensive. We saw some reviews regarding the cleanliness so the first place we check when we check in is the CR. And we are amazed how clean it is.. Even the area where the guest can play dart and take same rest are cleaned every morning and afternoon by the staff. We didn't make a mistake on choosing this hotel because of their extra service given the very cheap rate. We appreciate also the ambiance and environment that is very homie where you can really experience the simple life in the province. We will surely be back for longer stay

GREAT HOTEL EXPERIENCE”
I didn't expect much since the rate that i paid is so cheap for a room stay in Boracay. But when I arrived - I really felt like I'm home. The guy FOA and the manager welcomed the guest as if I am part of the family. With the name Dormitels, i thought, they are offering bunk beds room but no. All the rooms were private and have CR inside. We really can't believe it because everything in Boracay were expensive and thanks to Dormitels. They didn't take advantage of the place. All the staff were so accommodating and willing to help. The room also were so clean. We'll surely be back.

Great, no frills hotel”
This hotel is situated in a quaint and peaceful area near station 1. It is near the fruit shake store and near restaurants. The hotel is very cheap which is a value itself considering that in Boracay, everything is expensive. This is a good hotel if you are just going there to sleep, or take a bath, but not suitable for staying the whole day since the room is too small to even move freely. Basically youre just paying for a place to sleep, nothing else more.

Simple and Quiet Place...”
My stay at Dormitels PH Boracay was relaxing.. It just felt like visiting your home in the countryside, cool and simple. Though ceiling fans are used, it is still cold because of its location which is surrounded by trees. There may be a little walking distance from the shore, but it is still fine, its good for an early morning walk. You get what you paid. Budget is worth it, good location, and lovely staffs, all enough for a budget traveler :)

It was a good place to stay”
It was a good place to stay if you want to be in part of baracay where you do not want too much crowd. It was affordable since we got a big discount we were able to book 2 nights via agoda for P1100 only. The room was clean and towels were clean too but dont expect every thing to be in good condition. Ex. The faucet was a bit rusty, if you are on discount, expect that there will be no aircon just ceiling fan and no tv access though theres tv in the room. Overall the experience was great specially if you only need a place to sleep at night while you are in Boracay.

For a place conveniently located in station 1,laundry shop, carenderia, andoks, club paraw etc, the best value for money, although they did offer to clean room or provide new towels for 3 days. I guess i was just to busy to ask, also better to provide somewhere to hang wet bikinis, overall,the price&location will definitely make me come back

I am very satisfied with our stay in this hotel though it is not that classy, you really get what you've paid for. The place is safe, near the beach and cool since it is surrounded by trees and to mention the staffs they are friendly. And please don't expect a 5 star hotel facilities for you have only paid for what? P 750.00 a night? Overall I really liked our stay and will be staying on the same hotel when we return to Boracay. :)

Very basic accomodation- decent location”
Thought we'd got a bargin booking this as it was reduced from $55 aus d last min but it was extreamly basic. Put in a block round the back it was new but the room was very small, not even 1m to walk around the bed or any space to put bags. The fan sounded like it was going to shake its self out the ceiling, very small window (with fly screen) Rough, but new concrete floor which kinda made my feet feel dirty all the time haha but freshly painted walls. Very small toilet and cold shower room. Toilet didnt flush but there was a bucket to flush it with. Best thing about the room was the small tv with cable channels. Its a decent location, a few Mins walk down a few alley ways to the beach and station 1 (the more expensive end) but its a lovely beach to have a stroll down to get to the slightly cheaper end. There is a big building going up at the moment next door which creates some noise and the builders are still finishing off the gardens and bits and peices in the block we were in. There was a lot of spitting noises in the moring from them and a lot of peering on our window! (Theres no curtain or blind). Wifi is only in reception and Was a bit of a hopscotch to get to the room after heavy rains and big stangnant puddles... Overall i was dissapointed as i was expecting something nice seen as the price the room was reduced from but i guess some things are too good to be true! We couldnt wait to get out after 4 days, but if youre really on a budget it will do if it means you can see the beauty of boracay beach!

We had an AMAZING experience ”
We stayed here for 3 nights over Halloween and had the best time. The staff were all dressed up and had decorated the place and invited all the guests to a huge Halloween feast which was incredible. The staff here were the friendliest we've had since traveling around the whole of Asia. The rooms are great value for money as you pay such a low price but it's still clean and comfortable and even has a TV with loads of English channels. The location is also amazing, 5 minutes walk to White beach!!! Perfect place to stay for backpackers

Kinda cozy room clean no internet in room have to be at lobby if want wifi access a bit smelly walking from main road to hotel room but inside clean and nice, they have hundreds of tv channel all kind of show movie cartoon music show Philippines tv show so its kinda ok with no internet in room, no aircond only fan, but ok since its near white sand beach, the staff is very helpful and resourcefull, they also wake me up at 6.30am since I want to be at airport caticlan before 8am, they also supply me with map, I will surely come back

CHEAP AND CHEERFUL. good location but we ended up cutting it short and going to stay elsewhere. ”
Location is fab and the place is so cheap. Our MAJOR DOWNFALL was that we booked an overnight tour to an island not far from here and after staying for 4days and planning on staying another 3 after returning from our tour I had spoken to 2diffrent staff members to ask was it ok to store our 2bags overnight so we didn't have to take everything and they both told me it was not a problem they could stay behind reception etc, no worries at all. The morning we were leaving for our trip at 6:30/7am I was told by the reception girl that this Infact wasn't possible whilst another staff member was shouting over "charge" so quickly she said yes we can but we have to charge, that was ok,I asked how much. 1800pesos to pick them up the following day at 12pm!! This is 3times the price of a room. everything was getting made up on the spot. We decided to take our custom elsewhere and had to also take our huge backpacks on the boats to our tour. Very disappointing, after staying in all Dormitels b4!

- Bed was comfortable. - Shower was cold. - Room kept quite cool even without an air-conditioner. - Room is quite small so having two people would be a squeeze. - TV is small but works. - It is located on a back lane away from the beach so while it means it is very quiet, the walk feels a little sketchy at night. - Lots of mosquitoes. - Staff asked for a deposit on arrival which was not mentioned in any of the booking paperwork. - Wifi only works in public areas. - No atmosphere so don't come here if you are looking to meet new people. Overall great option in Station 1 if you are on a budget but want a private, quiet room.

Nice and quiet and cheap place to sleep for the night. Pros: -Near the beach (about a 2-minute walk) -Very near church if you want to attend mass on Sundays -Garden view Cons: -A lot of construction by the main road (not hotel's fault) so it does not look good going to the beach. -Only few options for breakfast nearby (only one opens for breakfast at the side of the church). No breakfast option on hotel. They might need to look for other options and make better suggestions of what are nearby. -No TV and refrigerator in the room but not really needed for us as we just want a place to sleep. But there is a shared kitchen w/ refrigerator and utensils where you can cook, eat, and store food/drinks.
