This is a good place to stay if you would like to experience and if you enjoy the hustle bustle of the Dotonbori city life, which we personally did not quite enjoy it (streets were dirty, people were generally loud and less courteous). Lucky for us, we were able to look forward to have a good night sleep in Dormy Inn and the main plus point would be the onsen facility - it is clean, well kept, cosy landscape for both indoor and outdoor bath and shampoo/ body wash: cleanser were all provided for :) Room is small but comfortable enough and the hotel is connected to a Family Mart. Location is central - 15 mins walk to the train station to Kansai airport (around 35 mins train ride to airport).

Everything was perfect!”
The location is great for exploring the City and going shopping. The rooms at tidy, clean and very nice. The onsen is a perfect place to relax and you can enjoy ramen for free in the night for one and a half hours. The breakfast is also superb offering even local dishes like Okonomiyaki, soups etc. as well as European breakfast with omelette, sausages etc. I enjoyed staying there and will definitely come back when staying in Osaka.

Dormy Inn's location is optimal if you want to explore Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi. Rooms are always clean! Love the hot spring option for guests. After a long day of walking and sight seeing, it's a good option to relax. Food spread at breakfast is superb! I've stayed this more than 3 times, and will be staying again in a couple of week's time. So looking forward to my stay again.

Right in the heart of Osaka. Walking distance to Dotonburi & Shinsaibashi, great for shopping and some of the best food of Japan. Rooms were clean, and spacious enough to open two large luggages. Staff spoke good English and were very helpful. Onsen on the second floor made for a great relaxer after a long day of walking around Osaka.

Luggage storage available after checkout that makes everything more convenient. Hotel location is extremely strategic, as it is only 7-10 minutes away from train station, around 6 minutes away from Dontoburi Street, 11 minutes away from Hozenji Yokocho and a few more attractions in Osaka! Other than that, the hot spring here is zen and relaxing, and there is also sauna here! Hot spring is also open on midnight, thus it's the best place to go after sightseeing in Osaka. There is Family Mart just beside the hotel, thus it's convenient to get a quick supper. The hotel room itself is also quite spacious, and the bathroom and toilet are seperated. The price of the hotel is also affordable after taking into account of all these!

impressed with the hotel facility ... Onsen with variety of onsen temperture ... a great help with cold onsen right after the OSAKA marathon ... recoverred much faster There free mid night noodles for all the guests .... and it connects to big family mart! the room is rather small but i guess it is ok for Japanese standard .... overall had a great stay

I had been stayed in Dormy Inn in Tokyo, this time, I still choose Dormy Inn in Osaka. The best location, there is some ramen at night for free. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I always enjoy to stay here for 5 nights.

The best 3 stars I've ever stayed”
I cant think of anything bad about this hotel other than it's a little pricy for certain period but everything else is just top notch! The free supper soba, the hot spring(A little too hot in my opinion), the vending/ice machines, location, the delicious breakfast, and the cleanliness, everything is just excellent!

Ok but need to improve”
We have lived in this hotel for three time already, , We use 2 names to book two rooms for 7 nights, one twin and one double, the twin room, since we have tried this hotel for three times, so we compare the things with what we experienced before .since the twin bed near the door has rollers at the bottom of the bed, so it is easy to move, Every night need to move back he bed. the toilet bowl doesn't cleaned every day, Need to phone to the reception . the blanket design is easy to get loose, so it is easy to separate the dawn bedsheet and the cover of the blanket, and breakfast choices is not as good as before, before has fresh yam, I lived for 7 nights, non fresh yam from 22nd to 29th jan, the pumpkin soup, has lots lot MSG, at the beginning very yummy, but after finishing it, very disappointed, I need to drink lots of water . the men spring, the thermometer is error, the water is hot but o degree, horrible.

The room is quiet small for two big luggage, but is normal in Japan. The free supper Ramen is lit! Super delicious. But I felt the hot spring is not very clean cause I got eczema after went to the hot spring. The location is super good can.

Originally tried to book via another site but twin room was not available. Then I realized Agida ha really good deal w them and still had rooms reserved for only agora customers !! I booked w lowest rate, so recommend to book via Agoda. A location is not far from the center 15 mm walk for my old mother) Room was 314, a corner room, w separate shower and toilet. Spacious as per Japanese standard. The hotel has a thermal bath (thermal water is transported from outside), nice but really crowded between 7:00-9:00 and needed to wait for an empty locker. A restraint offer free ramen betwee 21:00-23:00 and a breakfast is fabulous. I’m Japanese and one of a few native as the hotel is very popular among Asian group travelers. But we will stay there again and book via agora !!!
