Additional information - Kindly to be inform that security deposit RM100 for access card and parking is needed bfore check in ya.. Same day refund will be apply by bank transfer (cash refund base on availability upon requested earlier) after inspection when you check out. Due of recently many check in guests was not responsible to return the card and key to host and this make us have to block and duplicate the card with management , it's cost us RM200 and police report needed, this is really very inconvenient , this is the reasons why we need to collect security deposit .. We want to make sure everything smooth from check in till check out. - We do have few units in the building .. unit will be arrange according the price that we receive .. all booking price below RM220 will be small unit , and above RM220 will be bigger unit .. But if big unit was available we will try to arrange bigger unit even lower then RM220 for your stay too :)
