Love this place”
Ryan the life quard is a legend. If someone could show him all his good tripadvisor reviews as he has never seen them! All the staff were amazing, particularly manny the dive instructor. The food was also delicious and highly recommend the pina colada!
Beautiful island with stunning views. Highly recommend.
Stayed for 2 nights in December 2018”
Excellent customer service, very accommodating staffs. Great facilities, great ambience. We supposed to stay there just for 1 night but we had to extend it for another night because 1 night is not enough to explore the island. Plenty of activities to do. We had a great time at the resort.
Pricey Resort With a So-So Buffet”
Dos Palmas is beautiful, but I don't know if it's worth the price. The room was huge with a big balcony. The buffets for dinner and breakfast, on the other hand, were a little lacking. They have bicycles that are free to use, but they're all in poor condition. The pool is beautiful and kept sparkling clean.
Luxury experience ”
This resort is very nice, staff are polite, accomodation is clean and big. There is possible for free trip at the small island, rent the kajak and snorchling. Lunch's buffet is 550p and diner's buffet 650p or you can order from the menu list. Buffet was great, tasty and all the meals were available for all the buffet time.
Ill go back to this place again”
It was quite a boat ride but it's worth it. The staff are nice, they have toys to use for free: kayak, snorkling gear..etc. They offer free island hop which we didnt use. The only negative part is the poor wifi connection because I need it for working. I could stay here for a week without doing anything.
Love this place!!!”
This resort was awesome. We stayed for 2 nights. The staff spoke English and were all very helpful and polite. Our room wasn't anything special and there was no TV or wifi but there was a balcony with an awesome beach view. The room was clean and huge. The resort itself was so relaxing. We all got massages from their spa. They included snorkeling and kayaking in our package and having those activities was awesome. There are hammocks all around the resort, and 2 pools. They also have table tennis and pool tables. Staying for 1 night would not be enough to enjoy all that they have to offer. It was my favorite out of all the places we stayed at. The food at the restaurant was great for me, and not too expensive. They lacked a little bit of variety as we were running out of options by our 2nd night BUT the dessert menu was bomb! Another thing to note is that the boat ride to get there and back could be wavy so just be prepared and maybe take a motion sickness pill.
Good for family getaway”
The staff are friendly and accomodating. Very beautiful island just needs few updates on facilities. Food are great ! Spa is a must try and very relaxing. There were no TV in the rooms which is good for total unwinding.
it felt like i had a long sweet dream ”
nothing else really mattered to me. a small island in the middle of nowhere. quickly changing weather. corals, sea anemones, giant clams and thousands of fish. clean emerald sea. and fire dancing by night. need i go on?
Beautiful tropical Island”
We stayed here for 1 night and instantly regretting not booking at least 2 nights the minute we got off the free boat transfer ride onto the jetty. Dos Palmas felt like you had your own private tropical island and we loved every minute. The openair but undercover restaurant was delicious with great prices. The pool was amazing as was the beach. We will be back.
I'll definately come again!”
The staffs are really nice, from the one picked us up at the airport, those shipped us to the island, carried our luggages, performed the welcome music, to those who kindly answered all our questions. Though there were ants in the room, I liked it, because it was like surrounded by nature. Not to mention there were free snorkeling and kayaking with kind instruction, and the staff even took us around the snorkeling area, since there were just two of us and we didn't have fins. It was a pity that the island tour cancelled. All in all, staying here is such a wonderful experience.
Paradise on Earth!”
Awesome! Just AWESOME! The island itself is a piece of paradise in the middle of the blue and clear sea. The room we were given (we were upgraded to Executive room which was super perfect!) was soooo spacious and screams luxury! The water activities are free (snorkeling and kayak), the food and drinks are exquisite and the staff & their service are top-notch and world-class!!! Nothing but praises and commendation for Dos Palmas for the BEST EXPERIENCE we had!!!
Safety is not safe”
Bartender was really rude to us so we felt unsafe after the argument. He should fired from his job because of his behavior. Food was not really nice. Other staffs were nice. The island was quite. Pool was not so clean. The place needs to renovate.
Staff are friendly, polite and very accommodating. Restaurant food is adequate and reasonably priced. Unfortunately the resort is outdated. Beach front villas are in need of a major makeover but the island is certainly charming. Limited activities but can’t complain see most are included in the package. Needs better wifi coverage other then the restaurant.
Nice getaway for a couple days”
Had a great time. Unfortunately it rained a lot but we made the best of it. Spa services were tremendous. Rooms and amenities a bit dated (ie. new mattresses and towels needed), but passable for now. Food is average. Just a great island getaway to destress!
Friendly & accommodating staff”
We had a great time at dos palmas , staffs are very polite friendly and accommodating. The only cons are the rooms they are outdated and dark hope they will modernize them soon more ligthing and hope they will put tv. Other than that the resort is paradise .
The water pressure is low and the villa is old. But the place is very beautiful and the staff are friendly You can enjoy the activities included in the resort price I thought I should come again next time. It was a very happy time.
A beautiful island resort”
Very nice resort, well managed. Can't wait to go back there.
Amazing on every level🙏🏽
A bit oldish facilities but the staff and atmosphere compensate”
The facilities are oldish because the resort was built a dozen years ago and location is very remote so don't expect Dubai 5 star hotel facilities. However, staff is well trained, the food is fantastic and overall atmosphere on the island is very relaxing. Two pools, tennis court, snorkeling, diving, fantastic SPA. 5 days was not enough.
