Crappy hotel in a good location ”
Needs updates. Pool was closed, hot tubs were gross. The guy running it on our check in day was kind of rude. There was a girl and guy worker who were very friendly the manager was just off.

Mountain town hotel”
For what is supposed to be a "higher-end hotel", this Hilton fell short. The air conditioning was either not installed, or not functioning - while the lobby had a nice temperature, the room and halls stayed at about 82 degrees. Might be nice in the winter, but unpleasant in the middle of summer. No microwave in the room. Additional charge for parking ($15 per night).

The front desk staff was great. The location is good. No A/C in any room. 86 deg in room. Very small bathrooms with clogged bathtub drain. Very loud old exhaust fan. They charge for parking in their own garage. Hotel was dated and looked old. One of two elevators out of service.

Breckinridge”
The stay was very comfortable and the staff were excellent. They were prepared fore altitude sickness with oxygen bottles that help both my wife and I recover from living at 9600 feet above sea level. Fitness room and hot tub zones as well as location to main shopping. Good choice for all.

Outdated ”
The location is good. The facilities themselves are in great need of updating. Most elevators are out of service and you have to take the stairs. Just understand you are basically paying high dollar for the location. That’s it

Great Stay for a Short Trip”
This is my second stay in this hotel. This second time around was pretty good. The staff are not very helpful and honestly slightly rude, but the location is great if you’ve come here to ski or snowboard. It’s right off of Beaver Hill so it’s a short walk to the ski lifts. Same with getting into town it’s a short walk to get into town. The hotel a little better before the pandemic, but what can you expect with places being short staffed and budget cuts.

Pet friendly is nice unless you don't have one and everyone else's barks all night. No view from room 801 except paint. Elevators tricky to navigate to 8th floor. Hallways could use a cleaning. Just being petty. Great staff, good bar, ok food, great location, location, location.

Terrible experience, great location”
Extremely unhelpful staff who lied to us multiple times resulting in us needing to park a mile away and walk back during a blizzard. Don’t stay here unless you need to be close to the mountain

Extremely poor First impression with the wrong room number given ”
Wrong room number was given. We were instructed to level 8 where you are required to take a lift transfer at level 7 with 2 heavy hand carried luggage. Later then found that the key card doesn’t work. I used a nearby phone to call the reception to report the faultY key card and then found out that the room is on level 6. The number on the the sleeve was written wrongly. Only found out the. pool was closed too which I didn’t see any notice online. My daughter was so disappointed as she was looking forward to swim. In conclusion I regretted my stay at Hilton this time.

We were looking for a room with balcony and not so industrial and boxed in. It was stuffy since there was no A/C and we really needed another fan. However, there was no one to deliver to room when we couldn’t get room cool later at night.

Terrible room air conditioner; could not keep the room much below 70 degrees. Slow elevators and strange building setup that requires use of two elevators on opposite sides of the building just to get to floor 9. Inconvenient entrance as well with steps instead of ramp. All around poor setup. Will not return.
