The room is clean but the sheet smell a little vinegar, not bad but not desirable. The bathroom has no vending and the tub does not drain fast enough with a lot of shower water (no water control shower). One of the staff was good but one the day staff was not nice.

The hotel and room were great. However, the manager was very rude and unprofessional. I simply ask for a copy of the receipt/invoice so that I may be reimbursed by my company for but he instead got upset repeating “I can’t do that, I can’t do that.” The hotel itself was very nice but definitely could use a new manager.

Nice and clean, everything is convenient. However, housekeepers forgot to clean under the bed. I saw a pair of sock belonging to the previous customer, but that is not a big issue for me. Every time I come back Dallas I will stay here.

The staff was super nice, room very clean. The hotel is old. I could clearly hear persons talking in the hallway. A very nice cell phone alram from someone else's room woke me up at 5 am. it was not set loudly, it was that I could hear it from my room!

It is just an old hotel building I believe for old people, no microwaves in the rooms, we have to go down all the way and wait on a que to use the microwave , the front desk was rude on my check in, he was busy chit chatting and laughing with another customer while I was waiting to get checked in , how is that customer service when you see you have people waiting on the line and you laughing talking about unnecessary things , while my son is crying in my hands .. I regret getting a reservation for 2 days at this place .

Same Room for Agoda Customers”
I have booked here twice with Agoda. Both times, I got the same room. The room is not as clean as it should be. Plus, it is so close to elevator and you can not sleep all night. Room services is not responsive at all.
