Looks very nice form the outside! It’s very, very clean, from the lobby to the room. We didn’t have enough time to take advantage of the bar area in the lobby, but it looks great! The staff is friendly and quick to help. My daughter and I tend to be picky with the places we book, we want clean, quiet, welcoming spots! We will be staying there again!

My husband and i wanted to go up to flagstaff to get out of the heat for a little while so we bookex this hotel. I like to write honest reviews so here it is. When we got to the hotel we were informed that the room we booked wasnt clean (check in was at 4, we got there at 6) so we told them we'd come back in an hour so we went to get food and as soon as we pullled off they called and said our room was ready. However when we got back the man that took care of our room gave us free breakfast for the next day and complimentary cookies that were yummy. The beds wers stiff and the hidabed was dippex in thw middle so my kids kept gravitating to the middle. However the staff was really helpful and the indoor hot tub was nice. Overall it was ok for the price but i probably wont recommend it to a friend due to the uncomfy beds, and being unprepared at check in. I hope this helps.

We didn’t have many choices in choosing a hotel in Flagstaff and Hilton isounded better then others. Room was nice, beds comfortable. Windows were dirty so we couldn’t enjoy the view. We decided to buy Breakfast at the hotel once and we’re very disappointed. We waited 30 min and got our eggs delivered cold. The stuff was young and inexperience and couldn’t handle few tables in a timely matter.

The hotel was awesome from the minute we walked in and the staff was great up until we got to the room and laid on the bed and the bed was so stiff it felt like laying on cardboard boxes and the pillows are so thin that when you lay on them they flatten down so thin. Definitely glad we were only staying one night otherwise we would have left and gone somewhere else. We both woke up so stiff and tired because we couldnt sleep at all

AC/Heating unit in room was making a lot of noise. Bed and blankets were full of static, had to request new sheets , I got 2 blankets… one of them was really worn out .

Sound proof no exist. Can hear neighboring room guests having shower the whole time, sounds like a huge machine operating besides

Clogged shower drain/ bad A/C”

The shower wasn’ t draining normally so one had to turn off the water from time to time otherwise your feet will be soaked into the accumulating dirty water. The staff offered free breakfast in lieu of the inconvenience, but it was never addressed by the manager in the email that we sent. He was instead explaining why they don t have microwaves anymore as what was stated in the site we booked in. A/C was also terrible, and was not mentioned in the email either.

Not that impressive ”

I was asked if I had any requests when I made my reservation through agoda . If you review those I believe I asked for room on a high floor, with less noise and a soaking tub. What I received was a room on the second floor where I could hear sounds all night in the hall and a kiddie tub for my bubble bath. The hotel staff did not seem aware that any requests were made, so I’m not sure why I asked.

Everything was excellent. Breakfast buffet was delicious, staff was super friendly and courteous, everything was very clean and comfortable. Free cookies were even outstanding. :-)

After a long drive, staff greeted with smile. Room was spacious and clean. Location was good for a pit stop driving from Vegas to New Mexico.
