I always love stays in this hotel when visiting Orange County, it was always clean and neat room. I love it all. Staffs was very nice and pleasant helpful. The only thing they was an error charged on my card for my stays but then I contacted them and they fixed and refunded it right away to my card. I love that no smell at all on the pillows and bedsheets (sometimes we found some hotels like that smells stayed), but in this hotel , everything are very clean and good ! Excellent!

Great Customer Service ”
My husband and I arrived early on Friday 3/08/19 in preparation for a family member's funeral. I called ahead to see if it was possible to get early check-in but was told that it didn't look good due to the hotel being full the night before but to our surprise when we got to the hotel a room was available. The young lady at check-in (I can't remember her name) was very nice and informative! She checked us in quickly and sent us on our way. When checking out of the hotel on Monday morning we ran into the same person from check-in and she remembered our name...and that in my book is GREAT customer service.

The room was clean and perfect upon arrival I loved that. but there was no refrigerator or microwave that was an additional cost I didn’t like that. Next I wouldn’t stay at different Hilton hotel.

I was stayed in this property for 5 nights, my booking was free wi-fi but when I asked the front officer manager just treated us like he did for us as a favour. Another thing was my relative came to the hotel to pick me up, the staff there didn't let my relative parked in front of the hotel even for 5 minutes to wait for us came down, he had to park at the outlet nearby and we had to to walk there, it's really disadvantage, we had to sort it out with front office manager again. Comparing between Doubletree by Hilton with Ibis, Nikko hotels these accomodation much better in everything. Other thing such as cleanliness was good, location was excellent with outlet nearby.

Great place to stay as a base to get to disney. Nearby outlet shopping area has shops, food etc. convenient. Getting to Disney is also straight forward. Overall good hotel and nice big room. 👍🏻

Double Tree Hilton was good for us with the plans we had in LA. Lisa, the Senior Front Desk staff made our stay even more enjoyable when she helped us with our rooms. The hotel is very close to Orange outlet. It is recommended.

Basic accommodation ”
Booked this because I read online there’s free shuttle service to Disneyland but we were told it’s longer free since Jan . The charge is $6 for a day pass per person to be purchased via app or $4 per way per person to be paid to driver . Anyway the shuttle service is provided by ART and it’s kinda confusing as they run so many lines from Disneyland , just remember its line 14 (state college line) when u return as we were directed to diff lines by diff Drivers .( they don’t seem to be quite sure themselves as there are too many doubletree in that area) . Wifi signal was rather pathetic in the room , was told to clear browser and reconnect and that kinda help a little but still , you need to play a video continuously to keep the signal alive . Very basic accommodation so do not expect too much :) . Overall stay was satisfactory .

Good location in Anaheim ”
The hotel is clean and most staff are helpful. Unfortunately there was nobody to help us with our logugues to take them to the rooms and out, we had to do thus job ourselves during our stay. I guess because of Covid19, not sure. Overall our stay was enjoyable.

They charge for everything. ”
I stayed at that property for a long 2 weeks. With all that money I spend I couldn’t even get some cookies. This place charges for the parking, shouldn’t guest spending a pretty little penny staying here should be able to park for free? $23 a night you guys are ridiculously insane. $10 if you want a fridge. I’m surprised they didn’t charge me to use the bathroom. The worst part was that all those fees we couldn’t get the famous cookies. Sorry but I think I would of Rather stayed at motel 6 with free parking. I’m top of everything front desk never smile always looking miserably unhappy.

the hotel is old. they will charge you everything. even just to ask if we can use the Microwave . self parking is $25 and ask for a small refrigerator for $10 a night. at my checked out they over charged my room by $60 and i have to spended over 30mins to find out why i got over charged. we requested for room cleaned before we left to go outside and came back to the room still unclean for 3 days. its our first and last time staying here.

Undermined, mislead and disrespected with a side of fake smiles and forced unauthentic concern ”
The customer service and over all communication of policy and total cost at the termination of your horribly sawn through stay is as nauseating and unreal as these untrained and rude team of “hospitality workers” is as terribly executed and followed through with as their unclear, unmentioned hidden policies and charges that you never agreed to adhere to. Because if at initial booking you were told of the insane penny pinching you will incur not only daily but with every single passing minute you are in this barley sanitary moldy and badly tended to property. Whoever is in charge of not only decor but sanitation and maintenance and laundry must have been related to whoever didn’t train this customer service “team” of late teen early twenties unconcerned and untrained individuals with bad manners worse grammar and no amount of professionalism or knowledge in what they are supposed to be doing and representing. Hilton you are better than this!! I’m a rewards member and am slightly embarrassed and ashamed to be a member of anything having to do with this establishment. Btw the parking fees vary daily from $20-$36 depending on how much the front desk person hates their job and guests obviously. It’s never mentioned until you’ve paid for your room and deposit given them a credit card they do with what the wish without contractual right or basic human decency. You feel so tricked and confused and shocked that this is possibly happening in America in 2021 in a Hilton establishment. They let anyone with knowledge of your name and room number charge whatever they wish to Your credit card including random WiFi charges that are perceived as free even when logging on via your mobile device where they paint a picture of guests as deserving this service simply by having a room here u see their name but no those charges also vary depending on the unpleasant mood of whoever they have pretending to know what they are doing at the desk that day.
