An excellent stay for a perfect getaway”
I had been here with my sister for her birthday celebration and I had no clue of the property. Had heard about it and hence decided to book it being a 5 star. Rahul from the team helped me with my booking, upgradation to the room we wanted and ensured everything was perfect before we even arrived. Many thanks to rahul. Vishaka from the team helped us as well gracefully and the entire staff was very humble to acknowledge and greet us. The location, ambience, food, property view and nearness to all visit places is excellent. Could not have found a better property at this deal in goa. Will surely visit it again someday. Amazing stay”
The staff was extremely helpful, the rooms and the hotel was very clean. The rooms were big and the decor was good. It would not be right, if i do not mention the breakfast buffet choices. The spread is amazing ranging from authentic Goan breakfast to paranthas and chole bhature and the quintessential idli sambhar. The food was good, the staff amazing. Overall the stay was very good. This is a place a little away from the beach, so having a vehicle is a must.

The best hospitality you could receive from a star hotel. They match the service levels of Taj group in servicing their guests. Very warm and pleasant staffs and management. Property is nice but situated little far from candolim. It has a great pool, rooms with balconies and usual amenities which you expect of a star hotel. I had a 25% discount on F&B which I was not provided for my dinner. However, after my checkout, I spoke to hotel manager Mr. Mahesh and sorted this out and he was very pleasant enough to refund this back to my source account. Top hospitality and service. 👍

We liked the service by Double Tree, There are some network problems in the area but that was sorted when I was provided a router by the hotel. Shubham and Aditi helped us and took care of us while we stayed at the hotel. The food is really good @ Taal and the staff is very courteous. This is probably a very good choice if one wants to stay in North Goa.

The stay was great, hotel staff is very humble and helpful. Nice breakfast and lot of options. The property is very huge but slightly old as well. One of the drawback is being a 5 start they're still using keys to lock and unlock door they should definitely look in to that. But overall I enjoyed the stay and it was pleasant. The hotel is far from the main attraction which is a good thing.

Very attractive rate”
We booked the hotel only because of the rate. We had stayed in Double tree before and wanted to try some other hotel. But the rate was too attractive to ignore. However the rooms need maintenance. The housekeeping was really short staffed and we felt really bad. Hope the situation gets better soon for the hospitality industry.
