    Value,cleanliness and helpful staff

    The only complaint would be it is in a seedy area and we did not like to leave the hotel to find a decent restaurant. The hotels was poor.

    Not near airport & no food after 11”

    The rooms are clean and the shuttle to the airport works

    Staff are generally friendly and efficient - the shuttle from and to the airport (approx 1/2 hour) works. Also, the rooms are generally newly renovated and clean (toilet didn't work properly though). Above all, this is NOT an airport hotel and nowhere near the airport. I was for a transit in MEX, arrived late (around 10 pm) and wanted to have a small snack and drink. By the time I reached the hotel (11pm), I was told that everything was closed and that there is no night service. A friendly night watch brought me some water. I received a cockie. However, this is not a useful hotel for a transit in MEX. Also: the area is dangerous and there are no restaurants or bars one can go to for a snack. I would never choose this hotel again and would also not recommend it.
