My main negative with the hotel is that they advertise a free airport shuttle service however they do not clarify that it is only within certain morning and evening hours , there is a huge chunk of the day where you are not able to receive the free shuttle service which was very disappointing because it was one of the reasons I chose to book here in the first place and I did not even get to utilize it because it was outside of operating hours .

Do not booked Hilton by DoubleTree as check-in staff do not know how to do charge back and ignorant. We arrived at the hotel greeted by a rush check-in with poor customer service. Then we are asked to pay for the full amount of the hotel fee even though already been prepaid through Agoda with confirmation and a receipt from Agoda and even showing the actual transactions. After a bad check-in experience, Hilton finally agreed to follow up with Agoda and will let us know. No follow up the second day and we have to approach the reception desk ourselves. Then we are being told that its not their problem or their job to do with all sort of unreasonable excuses. In addition to that even complaining about us using Agoda. Fed up and upset, we decided to call Agoda ourselves and pass the phone on to the reception. Mind you it took them almost 30 min as the reception never done it before and even tried to increase the agreed rate. Agoda has been amazing but DoubleTree by Hilton is NOT!

Good Size Rooms”
Radisson Hotel provides free airport shuttle to and from San Francisco International Airport. Very convenient for us with early flight out of San Francisco the next day. The room was very cozy and was good size too. The beds were amazing with electronic sleep number where you can adjust the softness of the mattress electronically. Bathroom amenities were complete except for toothbrush kit. In our floor was Ice vending station and soda vending machine near the elevator which makes everything convenient. The reception was friendly and very accommodating.

One night in San Francisco”
We stayed one night in San Francisco and really enjoyed the great accommodation of the Doubletree Airport North. The staff was very nice and helpful, rooms were big and the beds were the best I had for a long time. Free coffee and tea in the morning the lobby, on arrival we got a warm cookie, awesome! I really would recommend this place.

Most Perfect Stay near Airport ”
The most best service we receive thus far is from DOUBLETREE. Check-in was smooth and the walnut cookie- yum yum yum!!!! Our room was clean and overlooking the sea just how I wished. All the staffs are extremely polite, kind and so helpful. We would definitely recommend friends and family to stay here. Thank you Doubletree for making our honeymoon a memorableone in San Francisco :):):)

We only had 3 days in San Francisco and because of the US Open had to stay out of town. Even though the cab rides were around to and from the centre of San Fran hotel was worth staying in. Were easily picked up for day tour to Napa valley which hotel organised and breakfast and dinner were absolutely excellent. Rooms were very big and clean with very comfortable beds. Definitely stay there again.

Stay was good. We have stayed here before but never booked through agoda. When we arrived in San Francisco we called radisson to make sure they had our reservation and they did not. They stated that the confirmation number agoda gives to the customer doesn't match to radisson confirmation number so they did not know about our stay until we called. As a result we had a room booked in an ADA room for the first night. The room was very spacious but was not what we wanted and the staff stated we can change rooms the following morning. The staff was great however having to move all of our belongings was a hassle. I would recommend that radisson and agoda have better ways of communicating. If we did not call we may have not even had a room as we never go to the hotel until 10pm.

Radisson SFO airport sorry”
This hotel is ideally located near the sea and ten minutes away from SFO international airport. It offers a frequent, 24hrs/7 shuttle to the airport. Inside the hotel the restaurant is one of the most beautiful I have seen in the west coast. The food delicious and one can be waited on for breakfast. Behind the reception there are vending machines and packs of various food for snacking. There is a business room with two computers, free of charge, open 24hrs/7. Unfortunately there are no headsets and microphone should one wish to use Skype.

Clean and modern business hotel”
We traveled from So Cal to the bay area for a friend's wedding and stayed at the hotel for a weekend. The hotel was packed! Not enough parking spot! The hotel shares parking lots with another hotel.. a couple of times we had to go park at the other hotel. We ate at the hotel's restaurant since there weren't any other restaurants nearby. The food was very nice. The hotel is right next to the highway and very convenient to get out and about IF you have a car. There weren't anything to do around the hotel though.. bad for those who travel without a private transportation. You can adjust the firmness of your bed mattress. That was a nice feature. The room was clean and well decorated. We had a great stay. We will definitely stay here again.

A complete disappointment ”
There are two Doubletrees at the airport, but I did not learn this until I arrived and tried to check in and found I was in the wrong place. An hour later a taxi finally arrived to drive me 15 minutes to the correct hotel. This was paid for by the hotel. Why was my destination not confirmed by the driver of the airport Doubletree shuttle bus? The hotel is rather tired and faded. The communal area and room carpets were soiled, the curtains were dingy and the bedsheets were stained and generally worn and poorly ironed. The pool area was clean but the pool tiles were slightly green with mold and there were dead insects and tissue paper floating in the pool. The deadbold on my room door could not be closed because the door was warped.

Yummy Warm Fleshly Baked Cookies...”
This is a very unique hotel that welcome us with yummy, fleshly baked chocolate and nuts cookies instead of welcoming drinks. And yes, they do have a free flow of cold water with lemon, self-served. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. The only comment that we would make is that the room is very dark, not much light can come in, and their own light is not enough.
