This place is immaculate. My room was huge a d comfortable. It had a very cute private outdoor area but unfortunately it rained the whole time here so I couldn't take advantage of it, Nice grounds and spacious parking lot. It also has a popular reasonably priced restaurant but it's only open specific days and hours. No vending machines either. I think it's still a work in progress. They also have a new indoor pool and health club I would definitely come back the next time I frequent this area

Second time was the charm!!!”
First time last month had incredible sleep Second time not as much as I wanted but still a wonderful place to crash good rates, convenient location, clean stylish luxurious ambiance shower was amazing. My only recommendations are towels available at the pool, sauna needs to be serviced in Women’s locker room, didn’t get to enjoy it. Pool was not very clean but I still would continue to recommend this hotel overall.

Great place esp with deal through this site”
I stayed here 9 days and found the staff management to be very nice and helpful, and my travel partner enjoyed the pool and gym, The side-entrance was very convenient to come and go with our key from the parking lot, leaving the lobby as more of a 'lounge' than a thoroughfare. My only gripes were lack of robes, dim lighting in the room, and we had no luck getting housekeeping to bring more towels or washcloths .... but otherwise the room was nice water-pressure great in shower, no weird smells, and I was really glad to be able to crack the windows for fresh air (which some places you can't do that)! Fantastic stay overall.

Sauna and everything else ”
This was the catch for me. They responded to my complaints immediately and fixed it. The staff were friendly. Rooms clean and the neighborhood is quiet. The saunas are hot. They really should have one outside of the bathroom but they work though. The pool is a nice size and the beds are very big and comfortable. The breakfast was good too, but it's not complimentary

The hotel's location was conveniently located near almost all the top sights in the town making getting around a breeze. Not to mention that the hotel itself had great and kind staff, clean rooms with a nice view of the gardens, and was very affordable.

Sleepy Hallow Conference Center Rebranded Hotel”
Formally a Hilton property, which I have stayed at and attended a multi day conference on a different occasion. The property has been there for a long time so many aspects are not the most modern. I paid a very good rate for the stay. So I am satisfied with that. Parking is free and there were a good deal of spaces available. I believe it was due to slow season. The hotel is very convenient to access off of major roadways. There are 2 gas stations within a mile North of the hotel as well as other businesses. I did not avail my self of any of them. Also, I did not have the opportunity to use the fitness center or pool. The fitness center appeared to have a good amount of machines. There were a few things that caused me not to give the hotel a five star rating across the board. During my stay for 4 nights, the internet was down the entire 4 days. On the last day when chatting with the front desk staff member, I was told if I had a laptop the desk person told me she could get me connected if I came to the lobby. I traveled with just my iPad. So I was out of luck. The night before I noticed there were a few desk top computers in the lobby for guest use. I did not ask if they were available because it was after midnight that evening. Before I left the 3rd day, I asked a gentleman with the housekeeping staff for two new hand towels and to have the accumulated trash removed. He was directly next to my room as I exited and I believe the room next was being cleaned. Neither was done on my return. There was not a Do Not Disturb sign on my door. I did not flip the sign to make up my room as Only had those two requests. The housekeeper I encountered the day of my checkout seemed pleasant. My final comment is my staff interactions were a four at best. As a somewhat frequent traveler especially the last four months I thought their skills in customer service could be improved overall. Mostly pertaining to general interactions. Both the restaurant and the bar that
