“Great location, but extremely disappointing room comfort”
I had mixed feelings about my stay. On the positive side, the location is excellent, the breakfast was high quality, and the room service was efficient and professional. However, the room itself was a major letdown for a hotel in this price range. The mattress was dreadfully hard and of poor quality, which is unacceptable for this category of hotel. Since I have back issues, I requested a different mattress or at least a topper. Instead, the staff simply placed a thin bedspread under the sheet, which provided no relief at all. Furthermore, the room lacked a luggage rack (or any elevated space for suitcases), and the bathroom layout was not functional. It is a shame that such a well-located hotel neglects the basic comfort and ergonomics of its rooms.
