Some staff are friendly and some are not. None of the cleaning ladies speak English and they always miss something. ALWAYS, and you find yourself calling downstairs, all the time. Sink was plugged and after 3 hours of plumber working on it because he diagnosed it was broken, he couldn't fix it (he didn't speak English so receptionist told me after he was gone and I found out it was still not working. He said, nothing was wrong and that it's just the way it is. They moved me after me getting upset. New room? The electric socket did not work so if you had to dry your hair with hairdryer? Good luck... I will never stay at this location again unless I'm forced to...

Amazing service”

Friendly staff. Nice relaxed atmosphere. They stuffed up our reservation and at 3am told ya they had no beds. No effort to find ya somewhere else or offer suggestion. After I stood my ground. Hour later we were in our room with an apology. 5 year old was exhausted. But rest of stay was great

Inefficient ”

Pros: clean big room, good room service and breakfast. Friendly staff in restaurant. Cons: I waited 50 mins for a shuttle, arrived after I called the hotel, lady at check in charged me for a night although I told her the room was prepaid, at checkout I almost missed shuttle back to airport because the computer system at front desk kept crashing, after 20 minutes of waiting I had to leave without resolving issue with overcharging and with no receipt and was given a business card as I was going to miss my flight. Sent email and never received a reply. I was also lied to by a front office person when I inquired about overcharging on my card prior to checkout (about 2 hours before) and was told I had not been overcharged.

It was as expected for the brand of this hotel. Finely rested at the hotel for the rest of the trip and feel ok as always. If there's another chance, I'd book one of this chain, especially with their promotional offers

i use often this hotel when i need to go to work, and it is a good hotel close to the airport

Close to teh Airport”

Well, I jsut stopped off here on the way home from a cruise and being an Aussie went walk a bout and found the greyhound track at Flagler. had a punt, a beer with some nice people and all round had a good time. Hotel is comfortable and staff very professional

Der Aufenthalt selbst war super. Anreise war kurz vor Mitternacht,deshalb für das Parken das volle Geld zu verlangen find ich nicht ganz ok.
