Perfect location!”

The hotel is within easy walking distance to several key Wellington attractions such as the Cable Car (across the street), Te Papa and the Beehive (15 min walk) and the Wellington Museum (5 min walk). Coffee shops and restaurants are a plenty and easy to get to. Rooms were amazingly quiet even though we were on the third floor. Staff was very pleasant. WiFi could use improvement wrt liability. We would definitely stay again!

Great location and large clean room”

Great location where Wellington’s iconic cable car station is just minute away and the Countdown right opposite the hotel is a big plus. Lots of cafes and coffees around while the Harbour side is only a short stroll... will definitely come back to this hotel if we come back to visit Wellington again

nice central location with valet available”

Nice central location where you will be able to walk within 15mins everywhere. we drove however chose to park our car at the hotel with the valet costing at $45 per day. (it's expensive but the hotel is in CBD) Rooms is clean and spacious for 2 and have a nice toilet space. do take note that the gps will bring you to the hotel entrance, however if it is by car to offload luggages you will need to make a round to the side road where they have a few waiting lots available.

1) worth the money - check out at 12 PM which you can hardly find in most of the NZ hotels 2 ) Accommodating and respectful staff 3) Serious in dealing with cleanliness and beautification of the place 4) Location - shops, groceries, Cable car, public transportation is just footsteps away 5) Breakfast - good value for the money *Stayed for 4 days and 3 nights*

I traveled with small children during covid-19, the hotel and staffs are doing very good job for stayclean concept. you can check in-out through your mobile phone which its make a lot easier the room is very clean, breakfast dining are well social distancing. the location is in the middle of everything. overall, would recommend this hotel.

Nice location”

The location is the best, staff were friendly and welcoming. The cookies at check in was a nice gesture. I love the soap, shampoo, etc that they use, it has a nice scents. However, I didn’t like the bed as it was too soft for my liking and I have to request for basic amenities (such as cotton buds, cotton pads) to the reception area, as they are not provided in the room. I feel like they should have been provided in the room.

The staff were great and professional. The room was more than comfortable so I opted to extend my stay a further night. Only downside is the valet car parking is $45 per day so it definitely added up quickly. Overall I’d stay here again and would recommend

Loved the location. Beautiful bathrooms, comfortable beds and lovely decor . Also loved the historic aspect of the building. Felt very boutique hotel.

we had bad luck, our room was not cleaned properly, guest before us left their stuff between the bed sheets. Although we've managed to change to a new room, but I think this should have never happened.

Nice reconversion The concierge was great However one of the front of house was not very confident Our iron didn’t work and she brought one up later on in the evening after we went out But didn’t take the broken one out of the room
