Room not ready on time. Bathtub was clogged and at 10pm they realized they could not unclog it (meaning the tub had not been washed between previous client and us or they would have realized). They then give us another room at 10:30pm but no concierge to help us. Thankfully, the gentleman from maintenance gave us a big helping hand. Good location north of the river, rooms as described on website.

No room service even though it’s on their website, unfriendly staff, multiple calls to front desk without being answered, no late checkout without paying, $60/day parking. Nice pool and great location though.

If you would like a hotel which is centrally located in Chicago, Doubletree would be a great option. 3 mins walking distance to Magnificent mile, 10 mins to Navy pier and close to main tourist attractions However, for those driving, parking is expensive at $50 per day. Cheaper option is to park opposite at $33 per day. No free WiFi in the room, only limited to lobby surroundings. Love the cookies!

Great location, nice and polite staff, very clean room. Unfortunately, We underwent a jet lag that night, so we cannot sleep very well. When we were awake that night, we found the air conditioner a little bit noisy. What's more, if they can provide a lower pillow, that would be perfect (both pillows were high for us)! Anyway, we'd like to stay in Doubletree next time we visit Chicago!

The hotel is very close to the Magnificient Mile, about 5-minutes walk. The room is nice and comfortable. The most surprised thing is to receive Doubletree chocolate cookies when we checked in. The cookies tasted so good!

It was a good stay. hotel is conveniently located for Chicago sightseeing and shopping. Everything was good except one minor thing. If this is a business hotel (which Doubletree are known for) things like adaptors should be available for guests to borrow.

Excellent Location, Great Hotel”
The hotel is just a few minutes walk from Michigan Ave, with all the shops. There's a whole foods market just a few meters away. Room is nice and clean, the only issue we have was with the shower, it seems to be a little bit clogged (but not a major issue). There's starbucks coffee sold in the hotel lobby along with other food. We had a nice stay!

Nice hotel with efficient garage service attached to the hotel. We were welcome with a warm cookie at check in. The elevators can get a little clogged up during rush time. We enjoyed the convenience of the parking located in the hotel building with easy access to it. I would consider consider staying again.

Fabulous location! Everything was within walking distance from the hotel”
The rooms were very spacious. Perfect for myself and my friend.....and our shopping! Shame the pool was not able to be used for a variety of reasons the whole time we were staying. Surely maintainace is better done in the cooler months of the year?!

The main shopping street is just 1 block away and Navy Pier wasn't far to walk either. The room was clean and a reasonable size.
