Let me start my saying what I liked: 1. Room size was good. 2. Staff was friendly, attentive and helpful. 3. Buffet break was a good spread but a tad repetitive. Buffet dinner was decent. What could be better: 1. Location is terrible. There’s nothing no good place nearby. Roads outside the hotel are very busy and all dug up. 2. You cannot even take a stroll outside the hotel. The property is small. 3. We saw a small cockroach in the dining area while having lunch. However, I must add that the same evening we saw the staff fumigating the dining room. 4. The carpet in the room was not clean. It used to stink as soon as we entered the room. Obviously, it is not cleaned regularly which is a pity for a five star hotel.

Terrible severing and not reacting. Hygienic care is Indian standard, so be careful. First day breakfast was terrible with impact. After 10 days gently requested support, which even worthend, as they left my room after service open and did not close door. Registered with police as they were just laughing. Guys.
