overall i like here. they will make good breakfast for you. there are some information about bus. overall the staff is caring even he does not talk a lot to me. hahaha, choose this hostel as a good start of your journey in luang prabang.

It had what you need”
Although having been spoiled by Thailand hostels, I believe this hostel is doing what it needs to continue it's crazy turn over if backpackers. This hostel is very well known for its location, breakfast, and amenities. The only thing I wish could be better are mostly things that are #firstworldproblems. I wish the internet was better, the bathrooms and showers could be cleaner (I felt like there were bugs that would pop out, but in reality - all in my head). In the end, if they take the time to fix up the "look" of the place, A+! It is a family run hostel and everyone there is super nice. The lady at the desk is super helpful and everyone is friendly. The breakfast was filling and definitely worth it. It is right in front of the morning market, so get ready for some noise in the morning and sewer smell. A/C is off during the day, but there are fans that run full blast to make up for it.

Simple yet enough”
I am very surprised as with such a affordable price, we can get a comfortable bed, delicious breakfast and necessary amenity. Besides that, the hostel is very near to night market and major attractions. It is also a good place for you to meet other backpackers. Definitely, i will recommend this hostel for other backpackers.

I booked the rooms for 3night and end up staying there for 4nights, itz located in the center of the town, morning market, Night market, Alms Giving ceremony, temples are just walkable distance from the the hostel, the rooms are neat and clean, Free Breakfast is provided, 24hrs Tea/Coffee available over there..

Solo female backpacker here. Loved this hostel! Was close to everything and the facilities were super clean. Hot showers all the time (truly the best) and free breakfast every morning. Would stay here again if I come back to LP!

Good location, nice breakfast”
The location is very good, right at the morning market and just a path away from the night market. Walking distance to Mount Phousi, Palace Museum, Bamboo bridge and Tourist Information centre. Staffs are nice, breakfast is good. Only towel is provided, bring your own shampoo. :) One thing to note, the minivan booking at the hostel to Kuongsi Waterfall is cheaper than outside.

Excellent Experience”
As far as backpacker's hostels go, this is as good as it gets. Clean and airconditioned rooms, regularly cleaned bathrooms, lockers for safekeeping of valuables and you can book onward travels, do laundry, get ice cold beer and water all within the premises. The morning market is set up outside, the night market is a short walk (< 5 mins) away and it's close to the Mekong river.

Loved this hostel! Very clean and organized with the MOST helpful and friendly staff. Free breakfast with a lot of good options to choose from. Best location too! On the street of the morning market and parallel to the Main Street which the night market takes place. Honestly couldn't ask for a better spot. Stay here! You won't regret it.

This is one of the best hostels I have ever stayed at. - staff was very nice and accommodating - they make you free breakfast in the morning! - can book busses and tours directly from them - big common area to meet people - rooms were clean

Cheap, good breakfast, clean dorms”
Host was helpful to me, especially with scooter hire and some tips exploring without tours. Dorms are clean and with aircon, breakfast included and substantial. Great location next to morning markets, which is the cheapest shopping for gifts as it’s the locals markets. Highly recommend this hostel

Hostel is located on day market close to night market. Rooms are clean, bed comfortable, Staff really nice and helpful! We were staying here on christmas eve, and they were supporting us and gave us beers as a gift.

A place with such a good breakfast.”
I've been on the road for almost 7 months. This place has a such a good breakfast which cooked as very well. There were 3 receptions, (2 guys, and 1 girl) and that girl was so friendly and heplful. And that guy who was every morning when i was havnibg breakfast was sooo bad. He has been with always angry face. I really really don't understand him, and he should realize that he s working at hostel. He should be helpful and friendly. He should take care his guests. But he was not! I was feeling not comfortable when i was talking with him, and i was afraid of him, actually. And another reception guy was not too bad. Location is so good, it s 2 or 3 mins far from night market and mount Phousi by walk.

Good breakfast. Clean rooms. Nice outside area to chill out. 35,000 kip shuttle to Kuang Si waterfall was quite convenient. But they should empty trash bins in the bathrooms more often, and sometimes shower drains were super clogged. But overall, a nice place to stay!
