Its like a complete household (there are pots and pan to cook, utensils, knife, cup, plate, refrigerator, and convection stove) on top of shopping malls. You can just use the lift and go down to the shopping complex (dpulze). Pluss point: washing machine too are provided! The only cons is that (not really a con actually), its a self service. So you need to search for your own house and parking spaces. If you bring a family, appoint someone who are good in reading instructions and good in directions to lead the house finding. Family with small kids and older people should let them stay in the car while the appoint person go search the house (feels like playing games). The services from staff is excellent. Once, we left our belongings and the staff kept it for us. Then we just contact them and they personally sent it to us(the staff smile while delivering) at the apartment lobby. Of course, we first need to say sorry for our carelessness and thank you for their services.

All the basic amenities were provided. Only cable tv with local channel is provided. House is clean although i found baby cockroach crawling on coffee table. Bedroom air-conditioner is not functioning well, quite hot, i have to use fan through all the night. Location is good and easy to access.

Pros:- have washing machine, fridge is cold, the house is big its a whole studio room. The bed was nice but sometimes i fell like im gonna fall off to my side. The bathroom is big but the water pipe outlet for toilet is so low.lift access directly to shoppimg complex Dpulze. Have fast wifi, house quite clean but the bathroom wall need scrubbing. Cons:-upon arriving i found a used cotton bud in toilet then the house smell musty, aircond is not cooling, eventhough i put it on the lowest cooling setting that is 17c, I Need to throw away my own trash (im not being a spoiled brat but ive never been to any homestays or hotel or motel whare i need to throw my own trash), finding the house parking bay was confusing. Extended stay until 1 pm need to pay extra Rm 10 per hour. Visible cracked wall paint, cracked bathroom wall tile, shower wall quite dirty in need of scrubbing. Bathroom shower water pressure is slow. The curtain and sofa has quite a stain. I love the fact that this hotel near the shopping complex but i probably will not stay here again.

The suite is okay. Bur the bedsheet not clean well. If 1st time datang Dpulze ni agak pening sikit nak cari parking resident nak cari no. lot parking. Berpusing pusing.
