We stayed there with my family for 18 days during Odette Typhoon. The place was clean, durable and safe. Not to mention, WIFI was working despite the unstable connection all throughout Cebu. Shout out to the Yu/Wu Family! James and Jasmine and their staff Jane and Kat. VERY HELPFUL! GOD BLESS THIS FAMILY!!!!

Great Value for Money”
Location was great. Accessible to malls, church, fastfood chains, restaurants, and has a 24-hour convenience store by the entrance. Staff were polite, courteous, and very accommodating. You can see how the staffs value privacy inside the premises. The room was very comfortable. Really a great value for money. The only thing I could recommend improving is the breakfast menu. It would be great to add more variations. Other than that, everything was perfect. I would definitely book again.

I did not see internationals in this hotel which made me slightly scared when I stayed in a room alone. Regardless, the hotel was good, and if I had gone to a famous hotel chain, I would have paid 2x or more. The hotel staff is very cautious and keeps track of who enters and who doesn't and has a very strict no-visitors policy which makes it safe. The AC is rather noisy though. Would still recommend it.

The room was nice and clean. The only budget hotel we've stayed in that provided slippers and complete toiletries. The tv could be more clearer and the toilet could use a bidet but apart from that, everything else is okay. Near ayala center, yap-sandiego ancestral house, cebu heritage and many food choices. Thanks Dragon Home Inn! Would definitely recommend.

This was a good hotel for the price. It is a short cab ride from Ayala Center. My only complaint was the shower. It functioned but not well. The hot water was a trickle while the cold water was a flood.

- Around 10 very large cockroaches in our room over 3 nights - Room never cleaned, very old features - No free water, kettle to make a drink etc - Was woken up at 7:30am by reception calling to ask if they could collect our plates? We didn’t have any plates in our room, very weird - Room service prices were cheap but they didn’t have anything in stock For the price we paid (£30/night) it wasn’t worth it but one of the only options left during Sinulog

Dragon Home Inn is affordable, clean and safe. With the convenience store and restaurant downstairs, this is the perfect place for an expat to lay low and hang out. There's one entrance and a guard watching it.

Not for first timers!”
I think this property is a bit far away from the sights and sounds of Cebu. So, if you are a first time traveler to this huge city, I would best recommended that you book a property closer to "where it's happening". Unless of course you can afford to take grab rides to where you want to go, which was exactly what I did. Granted, this hotel has its charms. The building itself is quite old, the elevator is scary (REALLY SCARY), but the rooms are humongous and comfortable. I think it is good value for money. And as a traveler, I tend to sway towards older, musky hotels rather than modern, sterile ones. And since my next trip to Cebu City will no longer be my first one, I will definitely consider staying in this hotel again.
